point positif: prix sympa (66 euro/nuits en octobre 2012) pour 2 chambres ,2 SDB avec cuisine équipée machine à laver +seche linge hotel situé juste en face plage avec promenade bétonnée accessible en poussette +jeux enfants super propres ,pas tagués ,ni déteriorés BWO (magasin pour l'alcool) juste à coté de l'hotel Coles (supermarché)juste derriere l'hotel pas de zonards ,ni de bruits sentiment de sécurité ,de tranquilité points négatifs : chambres (bien que rénovées) pas propres du tout , poussières+++ sous le canapé,sous le lit ,sol sale ,vaisselle pas clean piscine derrière l’hôtel un peu enclavée mais le spa pool était bien chaud ! sinon les abords de l’hôtel sont propres et entretenus bon hôtel mais le ménage mériterait un bon gros effort !!!!

When we arrived (with 2 little children) we couldn't get in as the gate was locked. After 20 min of calling out a teenage boy showed up and made comments in not very pleasant voice that we were supposed to get a gate code to let ourselves in. But we never received any instructions!! Then he couldn't get into a small safe on the outside wall of the "office" where our apartment keys were locked in. After another few minutes a teenage girl appeared and unlocked it. When we finally got into the apartment it was well under our expectations. Nothing like on the photos advertised on the web. Moldy bathroom, stained carpet, armchair with rips.(happy to send you my photos). Kitchen had very basic equipment(like what you don't want in your kitchen you put it there). Moreover, despite leaving 2 voice messages on the owner's phone (office is open 2pm-5pm) we never got wifi password- again misleading info on their web. We had an allocated parking spot but there was constantly other car parked (i have a photo). We advice the owner but he never called back. I'm able to overlook all that, but to have an instruction from the owner in writing that if I leave the place unclean and unsalable he would charge my credit card.There was a hoover (and no hair dryer) to remind me to vacuum before I leave. I'm sorry for this long feedback but we feel very disappointed and misinformed. I'd like to suggest you to research properties before you advertise them on your web. It makes you a bad name as well.

The position of the property was amazing. It was just a shame that we could not use the shower in the main bathroom due to no cold water with a tap not working. Beautiful sitting out on the balcony morning noon and night. The unit could have done with a good carpet clean though

Nice hotel with lovely beach frontage

Lovely spot with great family park and beach straight across the road. Short walk to great food establishments. Managers were very diligent in ensuring we had access when delayed by traffic.

Unable to get the unit previously requested or anything near it, instead was placed in probably the worst unit in the complex. As travelling with children, most unhappy with allocation of unit and general condition of unit.

Old moldy building, but next to beach

The room was poorly lit, toaster didn't work, there was a large amount of mold on the windows and screens, and the kitchen blinds. The place needed a really good spring clean. In the underground garage the wastewater pipes appeared to be leaking, so not sure if this was storm water or sewage. Location is excellent however, being right across the road from Burleigh Point (not the Heads), and very close to a supermarket. It was next to a bar, so there was a little noise at night in the weekend, but not bad. You play for what you get with the price. It was a very budget place to stay, but wouldn't want to be there in winter or summer as appeared to have no heating and only a ceiling fan.

Was spacious and convenient. With a large family great to be able to cook own meals, on the down side the place was dirty-it needs a good scrub, mouldy showers and dirty dishes, the carpets were all stained and it would've been nice to be able to vacuum our crumbs but the vacuum didnt work. We had to purchase dishwashing liquid and toilet paper after the sample size supplied used (stayed 1 week/ supplied 1 day worth).

This apartment is in a great location with the beach and the surf club just across the road. The apartment is affordable and quite large but does need a renovation. Overall it is fairly average but if you want an apartment right on the beach good value.

Convenient Hotel, close to everything.

Myself and my two young children stayed here for 8 nights. We found it to be the perfect place to stay on the Gold Coast as we had the beach and a playground right across the road, also toilet and barbecue facilities. A short stroll to the back of the apartment was the main highway where there were two supermarkets and other shops. Plus this was where the buses run. Lovely pool and outdoor spa. I would recommend this place to stay.

Good rate for the location

Good Location. Very close to beach. Great rate. Good service and clean room. Room is big enough to family. Kitchen is fully equipped and can cook almost everything. There was a little difference in "ocean view" from my expectation. Probably 30 degree angel from balcony.

Unit was a good size, views of beach great, nice pool. Easy access to patrolled beach across the road, amenities like shopping centres & bottle shop nearby. Downfalls were the terrible vertical blinds that let the sun in each morning & terrible pillows, take your own.

Nice place in a great location

Only problem was being next door to the pub with noise on Friday and Saturday night. Thicker glass in the windows would help. Air con would be a big improvement in hot weather too. Beautiful location just over the road from the beach and a short walk to shops.

Perfect location, great value

This place is amazing! Perfect location across from the park, an amazing lookout and a perfect patrolled beach, right by an Aldi, Coles, pharmacy and takeaway. The rooms are not perfect and a bit old (although with young children we prefer that) but very clean and well stocked, and when we needed a light bulb changed it was done in minutes. We had a house in front blocking our view a bit, and there is a tavern on one side that got noisy (although we couldn't hear it and the units are quiet) - but they didn't bother us at all, just saying for honesty's sake. Best value for money we've stayed in since we had kids. Definitely would recommend.
