The only decent thing about this place is the Bar and entertainment. Very rude staff that run it, not helpful and the facilities are run down or not working

Carpet had holes, dirty stains and worn out. Blocked toilet took 4hrs to be rectified, lighbulbs missing, no cups or crockery, air conditioner would not turn off by remote, broken chair on balcony, tiles dirty in shower, cracked hand basin, safe was completely broken, bed was comfortable, fridge needed defrosting, Friday night Buffet was good, front entrance to reception were locked open all the time and it was quite windy cool and showering, only one lift worked, the second lift has apparently been broken for 12 months or more. What disgusting place, i would never recommend this dive to anyone to the point of demanding my money back, security gate for underground parking didn't work either.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I have photos to prove why. We arrived late otherwise I would not have stayed a single night. We left 5am the next morning and didn’t return, we were booked for 3. Room was trashed and filthy dirty. I can keep going but I just don’t want to think about it. Was not cheap and I lost that money and had to find alternative accommodation.

Worst place I have ever stayed!! And the worst service I have ever experienced. When i told the manager - an Asian woman with brry very limited English) of a dead animal smell in my room she told me to leave and then became abusive. This was in the middle of the dining room as she was also the chef. I was refused another room and told to leave the hotel. I was verbally abused my a male member of staff as well who was also the barman. Guests were mortified at their behaviour. Other guests also said the service had been disgraceful. The dining room was dirty, the food was not as described on the menu. It was one lady trying to manage the whole premises including the dining room. The fitness centre was an absolute disgrace- every machine was broken, cables were hanging everywhere, very dangerous and unsafe, looked like no one had checked it in months. My room was old- something dead such as a rat or a rodent was creating a terrible smell, this was masked on the first night be deodoriser but by the second night it was rank. I believe the owver knew about this but had no other rooms and did not want to reimburse me- which is why she was rude and abusive when I brought it to her attention. I am absolutely astounded this property is allowed to operate. To take money off people on return for a very poor and sub standard experience. It’s time for this property to close or be take over by competent managers who employ staff.

Stayed for 7 nights and my room was never cleaned. Inside the room there was no wardrobe or chest of drawers to hang my clothes. There was no shower gel or shampoo or mug to drink the complimentary coffee. The room had not been painted for years looking at the colour disfiguration and dirt. Too few staff. A chinese woman was the only person always on duty. Breakfast was ok and the bar too. Other friends had better and cleaner rooms. Very disappointing considering I paid 3 months in advance over £400 English pounds. Overall it was a good job I only stayed in the room to sleep.

Lovely property situated in a very quiet area along the harbour. The staff are very personable and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean with balconies that overlook the pools. We have stayed here once before and will return again.
