Pantry & Essentials: To make your stay easier, the apartment is stocked with a thoughtful supply of basics including: salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee pods, a variety of teas, napkins, cling wrap, and alfoil. No last-minute runs to the shops as youâll have what you need to settle in straight away.

Important Notes: Online check-in form: Due to the number of people booking under false names and using stolen credit cards, our compliance requires the Online Check-in Form to be completed, including a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking and a selfie matching the ID. Airbnb guests can send a copy of their identification via a booking message. A booking is not finalised until this is completed.
This is not a party house. The apartment contains a noise and occupancy monitoring system which will automatically notify security of a breach of house rules around noise, occupancy and smoking. Security call outs are at a cost to you of $250.
This is a strictly non-smoking building, including balconies and common areas.
Cancellation policy: The booking is fully refundable until 30 days prior to arrival, and 50% refundable until 14 days prior to arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%.
Check-In: On the day of your arrival and once your apartment is ready, we will send you a link which includes directions to the Friendly Grocer and a collection code to show the cashier. They will give you 1 set of keys and the other set will be on the kitchen bench. Please note: Until we have send you the link to the key collection code, you will be unable to collect the keys.
Your keys are collected from Friendly Grocer Broadbeach, located just a 7-minute walk from your apartment. If youâre arriving by taxi or Uber, your driver can easily stop at the store on the way to the building.

House rules: No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, balcony or building - $250 fee for smoking indoors or on the balcony.
No parties or events. No Schoolies.
A copy of your Government identification and a selfie must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking.
No pets. If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs.
The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $66 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.
$250 fee for each lost set of keys.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, were here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (11pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover.
Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We provide a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.
It's a little bit complicated to figure out the key pick up and navigating the parking garage, but those things can be conquered. The unit itself is in Oracle Tower 1 and was perfect for us. It's new, spacious, across the street from a big mall, and has a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi tub. It's right in the middle of Broadbeach! My only criticism was the small in the hallway of the 39th floor. It has this overpowering smell of coconut and chocolate air freshener. But we loved our stay and will recommend it to our friends!
