The location is 10/10. The pool area is wonderful and the children loved the waterslides. The apartment itself was very tired, in need of reflooring and an overall upgrade. Saturday night was very noisy with other guests and general neighbourhood noise however the location and access to the beach couldn't be beaten.

We enjoyed our stay. Oaks Calypso is a great place due to the proximity to the beach, shops , restaurants. But it is getting a bit dated. We will return though.

#Beautiful pool, right on the beach and shops

We always stay at Calypso's when we go to Coolangatta. It's close to the shops and right on the beach. The pool is awesome, the staff are friendly, and the apartment is in good shape.

Very comfortable stay

Very comfortable although probably could do with an update. Few things wrong which we reported. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Would certainly stay there again. We had a penthouse with an ocean view. Beautiful. Nice a central to everything.

The accommodation we had needs an update, the sofa is sagging badly & quite uncomfortable. The toilet cyctern leaked sometimes. The general feeling of the rooms is tired.

The staff was wonderful they made the stay, they couldn't do enough to help with very question asked answered and request catered for. Lots of food places close by, plus shopping close by for groceries, and beach straight across the road. the room was spotlessly clean and been modernized. highly enjoyed my stay. .

Will stay again!

Whilst this place has the 80s terracotta floor tiles it is absolutely amazing. VERY clean, GREAT location and friendly staff. FREE undercover car parking which is always a bonus. I had a pool view room which was very spacious and I would not only recommend this place, however I would stay again! Bed was super comfy and it was quiet.
