Have stayed at this hotel many times and usually happy with room and service. Decided this time to pay extra for the Executive Room… big mistake. Firstly walked in to trundle bed upstanding, hardly any room to put it down, which also obstructed the walkway to bathroom and front door. Ended up taking mattress off base and taking it upstairs to the lounge room. Every air con unit was leaking, with mould around the vent and light fitting, bathroom tiles were loose so when you walk on them water comes squelching through. Kitchen was filthy, old milk stains down the front of the dishwasher. Addressed issues with front desk, and they promised to send maintenance in the morning, no one turned up in the whole 7 days. Mentioned it all again on check out and was promised a phone call from the Manager. 16 days later and I’m still waiting!

This is an awesome location it is just a shame that the property is very dated in the rooms. I stayed here 15yrs ago or more & nothing has changed it seems.

We were very happy with this place. It was in a perfect location, amongst the shops, cafes and restaurants and also just across the road from the beach. The rooms were clean, tidy and adequate for our needs. The pool and gardens were beautiful.
So altogether a wonderful stay

The first room we had nothing worked and had mould over the roof, The second room was better but the TV’s & wifi didn’t work and I was only offered $100 in compensation for all the issues. Property is very loud from other guests and street noise. Location is great & the pool is great with the 2 areas and slides.
