This listing is for the upstairs residence only, with its own private entrance and separate access. There may be guests or residents staying in the downstairs unit. While both areas are fully independent, you may occasionally hear normal household noise.

The jetty or pontoon area is only accessible when the entire property, both upstairs and downstairs, is booked together. When booked separately, this area is not available for use to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests.

To ensure easy access for all residents, please keep the driveway area in front of the gates clear at all times, as both garages require unrestricted access. Guests are welcome to park in the garage or on the street where permitted.



This home is best suited for relaxing stays, so we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum and refraining from hosting parties or large gatherings.



For insurance and safety purposes, only the number of guests included in the reservation may stay at the property unless prior approval has been obtained from the owner.



Please note that pets are not permitted at this property.



To maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.
