A beautiful central location.A lift ride away from great restaurants and excellent coffee (No Name Lane). We loved our stay. Finding The assigned parking area may have required a visual map. When they say collect your keys from the coded box in Oasis shopping centre it felt a little 007 and somewhat inconvenient if you have kids in tow and don't know the area. If you are a literal person like me, when they say there are Keys (Plural) in the box and you find a single blue fob, doubt sets in. There was no one to available to confirm with before leaving the centre to search for the parking space. However someone did eventually call, they must a have realised the 20 calls in a row from one number might be urgent. They kept referring to the email they sent as if it was a clear as day with instructions. It was not clear to a layman such as myself. I would recommend a small visual map of the street and parking directions as well as which lift to get into with all your bags. Yes, you guessed it we got on the wrong one. Aside from the arrival , the room is beautiful, spacious and spotless. The views are spectacular. I would recommend to the Oracle pop an occasional umbrella at the pool but I suppose being a smaller pool servicing an entire tower they want to keep you moving on. Thank you to the friendly human faces we saw at reception the cleaning staff. The booking process with Ray White was virtual and pretty good.
