Some up keep needs to be done. Lifts. 1 lift button did not work for the duration of our stay. Lifts would "hang" on floors and the wait for a lift at times was painful. You place "Do not Disturb" on your door and house keeping would ring you to see if they could access the room. For the money, we won't be staying there again. There is nothing special or stand out about this place.

The hotel is decent and has amazing views but the room wasn't as clean (bath ropes had massive stains on them) and had broken items in it (oven and phone). The team was nice but I expected a little more professionalism and prompt actions to resolve our complaints. The amenities were nice but also worn out.

What we liked? Location, two bathrooms and the everyday room service. Cleanliness. What didn't we like ? 1.The rubbish smell in the corridor outside the unit was unbearable. 2. The washing machine in laundry fell of the wall and could have injured one of us. 3.The heat, vehicle exhaust smell and humidity in the basement carpark (lack of exhaust) was ridiculous.
