tout est parfait, rien à reprocher vraiment pour nous qui n'avons pas l'habitude de donner nos avis, cependant il faut participer pour que cet hotel simple bien situé excellent en tous points soit reconnu comme tel, donc un grand bravo à suntower et que son avenir soit de satisfaire le plus de personnes possible.

Great location friendly and helpful staff, good area for budget accommodation. The only thing i would recommend is changing the pillows and installing air con. There was a lot of construction near by needing to leave the windows open to ventilate the apartment caused excessive noise. I'll definitely be staying here again it's just fair enough away from the strip to be very relaxing and a nice short walk to the beach.

Good convenient but bathroom was dirty

It’s not a hotel so don’t expect a hotel service and cleanliness of a hotel can offer. The bathroom was not clean as the shower wall and tiles looked very yellow and they probably have not been scrubbed or cleaned in the last few months it looked gross. The shower screen look dirty so overall I felt a bit disgusted when using the shower. The kitchen was okay with pretty much everything you need for cooking which was good. The TV and hair dryer were not working. So overall good in terms of location but the bathroom was not clean. However if you’re looking for somewhere you can stay longer and you’re happy to cook then this is your place.

Great view up and down the coast !

I had a beachfront room. While this 3 star complex has accommodated many guests over the years and does show some signs of its age (such as deteriorated sliding windows and doors, damaged walls, paint and fittings/fixtures), I had a pleasant couple of nights without issue. The parking within the complex was the only thing that concerned me. It became quite difficult to negotiate later in the evening in a wagon once most parks were already filled. You do need to be very careful opening car doors to avoid damage.

Motel it cheapest spot on Goldy with beach views

I came up to visit my children and grand children who were staying at the Mantra. I wanted to sleep separate and have a bit of space. Loved the board walk and situation of where I stayed.

Lovely view and fantastic location

You can't beat the location, it was perfect. We enjoyed eating on the balcony, looking at the sea. Inside, it's a bit tired and dated but wasn't really an issue as we were out most of the time.

Surprising Stay

If I am completely honest I did not have high expectations as to the quality of this hotel - I was very pleased to be proven wrong! Our unit was older in style and a little worn but was very clean and super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this as a good value option close to but far enough away from the main surfers paradise drag to get a great nights sleep. Pools looked fine (too cold on this stay to use it) and free parking was an added bonus

If your looking for 5 star this isn't for you but the price you pay isn't 5 star and is well priced for what you get . The place is clean, comfortable and has great views of the coast. The apartments are close to every thing you need and the owners really care about their guests . Cheers Ric

Good Location but disappointing in room

We always stay in the lower cost places and normally feel like we have got a good deal. Not this time the place was old, couches stained, it was dirty. The office staff were nice and pool area great.

Lesley was an absolute delight, did have to sweep the room as floors were a little dirty but nothing overly bad wrong with the room. No aircon but with the fan and windows open to let in sea breeze we slept soundly.

Bad experience

Good location but very bad facilities. The sofa stinks and the beds are very itching. I was bit by bed bugs but the thing I hate most is that the hotel i run by those who do not have any passion and are lazy. Many notice papers are everywhere inside apartment, kinda advising you to keep apartment clean otherwise fines are applied. I wonder why they are running the hotel if they are so lazy. This is hospitality industry so make people feel comfortable during their stay.

Good location & budget price so don't expect much

Location is excellent but the beds were not comfortable. No air conditioning was expected but should install a fan in the living area. Also furniture were damage. Staff overall ok as she mentioned us READ THE LETTER for check in or check out. Maybe she was busy to do many things and didn't have time to explain my simple inquiry.
