Escape to Villa Paralia – a charming Mediterranean style home in the heart of Currumbin.

Villa Paralia is the ideal entertainers’ house with tropical swimming pool, pool table, and multiple sitting areas to unwind and relax.

With three bedrooms, Villa Paralia comfortably accommodates up to six guests, plus your dog is welcome too!

The spacious open plan living area offers air-conditioning, comfortable lounge, smart TV and Wi-Fi.

Enjoy creating special family meals or whip up a jug of sangria in the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain, including dishwasher and coffee pod machine.

Meals can be shared with loved ones at the dining table inside or dine alfresco under the soft glow of festoon lights and stained-glass lanterns.

Villa Paralia offers 3 three bedrooms - master bedroom with king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite with shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom offers king single bed with single trundle bed. All three bedrooms offer reverse cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort.

The main bathroom has a walk-in shower plus bath and there are laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer. Both showers have grab rails to assist guests with mobility limitations.

Villa Paralia is fully fenced, providing a safe and secure environment for your furry friend to join in on the holiday fun. There is also off-street parking for 2 cars (tandem carport).

Spend your days lounging by the pool, indulge in an afternoon siesta and enjoy a BBQ with loved ones under the twinkling fairy lights.

Pet friendly property for one dog only (no cats or other pets permitted). Dogs must not be left at the property unattended and all attempts must be made to minimise barking.

Located only 100m from Currumbin Creek, Villa Paralia will whisk you away on that European vacation of your dreams, right in the heart of Currumbin. Currumbin Alley surf break, Currumbin beach, Palm Beach off leash dog beach and Pirate Parklands are all only a short stroll away.

Keys can be collected from a lockbox at the property, further details will be provided prior to arrival.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

The property welcomed pets, although we left our fur baby with a sitter. The property was well-maintained and an excellent choice for a family that likes entertaining and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, pool table and cooling system during a Gold Coast heatwave. The Currumbin Creek, Alley and surf beach are a short walk. The major shopping centre is walking distance, with excellent restaurants close by. The Currumbin Rock Pools are incredible but you need a car to travel and explore.

Weekend getaway with family

The property was well presented and was as described. There was ample plates, cups, glasses, kitchen utensils, gadgets and machines to use. The dishwasher, washing machine and dryer worked well. The third bedroom was listed as 2 single beds however it was a single and pull out bed, which was fine just unexpected. The cleanliness was good but could have done with a good all over deep clean. The yard was enjoyable to sit in and catch up with family. I would recommend this property.

perfect oasis to relax in

What an amazing experience, the property was exactly as advertised. Great location the amenities were outstanding my sister and i made use of the pool and pool table. My dog also enjoyed his stay lots of room for his bed in the lounge room and great places to take him for walks. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay

The property is nice and clean. We have a group of 5 adults, unfortunately we didnt get a chance to enjoy the backyard with a tight schedule. The only thing I would recommend is the WI-FI, phone signals are weak in the property and it will be good if WIFI is provided.

Comfort & Location

This property is an entertainers Paradise from lovely outdoor areas to in ground pool as well as a pool table. It is located extremely close to Currumbin Beach and not far to anything. I would highly recommend this for any age group, looking for a nice, relaxing getaway my pet enjoyed it as well.
