Lofty Lookout - 2 Bed, 2 Bath Luxury DT

This centrally located top floor condo located in downtown Golden has it all. Fall for the mountain lifestyle in this new two bed/two bath suite. Take in the expansive views while enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Whether you are looking for a winter gateway or making new summer memories, Golden has it covered. With Kicking Horse Mountain Resort just 15 min drive away, six national parks at your doorstep, and incredible Golden hidden gems - you will never get bored.

This top floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo provides modern spacious accommodations for up to 6 guests. Enjoy mountain and river views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom.

Please note: the A/C is central and controlled by a building management system. This means it cannot be adjusted in the condo. While the system is maintained at 19 degrees C, the condo has large windows and may heat up depending on hours of sunshine, particularly on the warmest of summer days. We recommend using the fans provided and keeping window coverings and windows closed while the sun is above the mountains. Opening windows in the evening and overnight can assist with overnight cooling.

The whole space (with the exception of 2 small locked cupboards) is available to you through out your stay.

I do not live in the condo building, but live in Golden and am available as you need.

We have a locked storage at the back of our allocated parking space (#404) . Please feel free to utilize this during your stay for your sports equipment - you will find the key in the suite. Please return the key to the suite on check out. There is a $250 fee for lost keys.

No sports equipment in the unit.

All aspects of the rental experience exceeded expectations. The communication was fast and frequent, the facilities were very clean and in excellent condition. Convenient location to skiing - if you have a car

Good location, well appointed two bedroom was perfect for our family ski trip. Even though Kicking Horse gondola was broken, Panorama, Lake Louise, Revelstoke were all close enough to make day trip drives.

Golden Treasure

From booking to check out, Erica was great! The space was perfect for us and it was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. We had a nice view of the river and the mountains but were able to walk to get coffee or groceries. The bed was perfect and that almost never happens away from home. We really appreciated having the washer and dryer in the unit. My favorite feature though were the heated bathroom floors! If you want a place away from the crowds but still within driving distance of local features, this is your place!

Perfect Condo

This rental has an amazing location. It had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was the perfect place to watch the beautiful sunsets and both bedrooms have king size beds! The host was attentive and contacted us to make sure we got in and things were going well. Highly recommend.

Great Stay in Golden

Had a wonderful stay in Golden. Lovely little town to get away from the press of the parks. Host was very responsive. Our condo was just perfect for our needs, and we loved the balcony.
