Our Goleta home with a solar heated swimming pool and free standing Hot Tub is the perfect place to come to relax and unwind. You'll love the open kitchen with a brand new Stove and Oven, including Air Fry and Convection! We have surround sound movie watching when inside and go outside bask in the sun and have fun in our pool or play ball on the large front lawn or in the quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect for couples or swim aged families or celebrations on the beautiful California coastline. Walk over to Glen Annie Golf Course for a round or to the Tennis Courts for a match or down to the local diner for a delicious breakfast burrito. Just minutes from the Ritz Carlton beach area or head downtown to Santa Barbara and Montecito, for beach volleyball and epicurean delights. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all the bedrooms have black out blinds for a full nights sleep. There are new fixtures in both bathrooms with shower spray heads, removable sprayers and plenty of towels.
The Master Bedroom has a brand new Dream Cloud Queen mattress for a blissful nights sleep that adjusts to both zero gravity and has massage features for both head and feet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with a foam topper for extra comfort and is where the internet comes into the house, so we have stationed a desk right there so you can easily plug into the Ethernet and of course, there is high speed internet WIFI throughout the house, including repeaters to spread the signal to the garage and outside. The middle bedroom has 1 fully adjustable Lucio foam bed in an Extra LONG twin for those that are tall out there, with adjustable zero gravity setting and separate head and foot elevation and another regular daybed with a comfy pillowtop mattress.
The living area where the surround sound system and 70 inch TV has 2 full size couches, 1 that has recliners at each end and the room has a separate leather rocker recliner. The Kitchen is open to the dining area and looks out onto the pool area and at the wide open blue sky out our back windows.
