Money hungry. Our flights got cancelled and they refused to refund the one night we were not able to be there. Also tried to charge us for parking when we never used their garage. Never again.

Dear Erica,We are sorry to read your negative review, especially since we have tried to accommodate you by offering an alternative, on an exceptional basis.We would like to point out that, as per our facility's policy, bookings are non-refundable. By choosing to book, you knowingly accepted that no amount would be refunded under any circumstances.Our establishment held the room reservation for the night in question, as agreed at the time of booking, leaving it effectively unsold for other guests. The cancellation of a flight is certainly a negative factor, but certainly not attributable to the hotel.Best regards,

チェックインでの対応以外は良いホテルでした。 15時チェックインのホテルですが、15時になっても部屋は準備できておらず、Receptionが言うにはチェックインは15-18時の間で準備ができ次第であるとのこと。 チェックイン時刻前に部屋に通してもらえることはあっても、チェックイン時刻に荷物を置けないというのは初めてのNegativeな体験でした。 ホテルのレストランはコースメニューしかなく、Room serviceのアラカルト注文も無いので、注意が必要です。(Covid situationでの特殊なcaseかもしれませんが)

Pool and Beach area is very nice. But rooms were a complete let down. A/C did not work properly, which made our upper floor room almost unusable during the hot Sardinian day. Shower would shift randomly between freezing cold and very hot. We had to get out on the balcony to get the wifi reception. General state of the room was warn and maintained poorly. Hotel had a garage, which was full, so they suggested to the guests to park on the street. Street parking had to be paid 1€/h 9am-midnight every day, via machine that accepted only coins. Our hotel did not have change to offer, so each day became a scramble to secure 15 Euro coins, to pay for parking outside.

Very Italian, remember your phrase book!

I visited this Hotel with a friend in September 2009 for a relaxing long weekend. The Hotel itself is lovely, very well kept and clean. Food is delicious and the service in the restaurant is good. Two very big tips for anyone else thinking of going here, hardly anyone speaks English, so remember to bring a phrase book or brush up on your Italian or you will struggle as my friend and I did. The other big tip is hire a car, the Hotel is no where near anything and taxi's are very very expensive. With these two things in mind, you will have a very memorable time in Sardinia.
