This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in When I first walked in to the lobby the lady at the front desk was sitting down and acted as if I had bothered her by wanting to check in but she checked me in but definitely had no customer service skills. We paid for the "Presidential Suite" and when we got to the room there were stains on the couch in the living room area, the floors in the bathroom and living area were not swept and the floors in the living room were sticky and dirty. There was no dresser in the bedroom. I went to the front desk to ask for a comforter or something to put over the couch and inquire about another comparable room she acted like I had bothered her. She never once said she was sorry for any of the problems that we were having with the room or how she could remedy the problem (like sending housekeeping to the room) but no instead she gave me a mop. The windows were so dirty that you could not see out. It is a pet hotel and there were no doggie bags at the dog area. We were scheduled for two days but left after one. I asked numerous times to speak with the manager and was told they were not on site but I asked for a phone call and it has been a week now and no phone call. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would go out of my way NOT to stay here. Worst experience ever We were scheduled for two days and left after the first night
