A lovely place to stay in Provence
Posted Sep. 16, 2023 on HomeAwayAnne and Olivier are extraordinory hosts. They greeted us with wine and appetizers and gave us great advice on places to eat and visit. The restaurants they recommended were very the best as to food and ambiance. The house was very clean and a pleasure to stay in for a week. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the proximity to Gordes (10 minute walk) and its central location in Provence. We walked and did cycling and also visited the coast for a paddle boarding adventure. A perfect stay!

Gordes the Caseto
Posted Jul. 22, 2023 on HomeAwayThe caseto was perfect for two people. The hosts Anne and Olivier were really helpful with advice about the local attractions and markets. We were also treated to fresh eggs from their chickens. The pool was really a bonus and not too cold. The caseto had air conditioning which really helped with the heat. Gordes is really beautiful and an easy walk from the caseto. Anne and Olivier really were the perfect hosts. We had an amazing time there and hopefully will be back.

Perfect location for a lovely relaxed retreat
Posted Jul. 22, 2019 on HomeAwayWe had a perfect week staying at this property which is ideally situated for easy access to Gordes other hilltop towns in the Luberon. The property itself is very well presented with lovely peaceful and private grounds. Although it is close to the centre, once the gate to the property was shut we felt that we were in the rural countryside, so in many ways the location is the best of both worlds. We spent most of our time outside and the beautiful large garden provides several areas to relax either in the sun or the shade. The pool is prefect with views through olive trees across to the Luberon valley. Gordes itself is an interesting place to wander but is quite a touristy town, though it quietens down in the evening. The town centre is easily walkable from the property and it was a pleasure to wander in to collect morning breakfast provisions. Anne and Olivier were very welcoming hosts and took the trouble to discuss our week's stay with us over drinks on our first evening. We always felt that help was on hand if we needed it, but equally that we had plenty of our own private space in which to chill. Bring plenty of high factor suncream and a hat if you are coming in July; the temperature hit 32 degrees most days. A highly recommended place to stay in a beautiful area.

Highly Recommend this little gem!
Posted Jul. 9, 2019 on HomeAwayBoth my husband and I had the most wonderful stay in Gordes in this wonderful little house owned by Anne and Olivier.
We could not fault the location, property and grounds and where made to feel most welcome.
Anne and Olivier could not be more helpful and friendly host, checking in every now and then to make sure we where happy and settled.
Gordes is within walking distance of the property with stunning views to the village directly accross the road.
Air conditioning during heatwave was a blessing as was the inviting pool and gardens which are spotless and well kept.
This house is in a superb location for exploring the Luberon. Thank you Anne and Olivier for making our stay filled with memories - we will certainly return!

A unique and wonderful stay!

A fantastic spot for exploring the Luberon and all the beautiful hilltop villages.
The villa itself is compact with a lovely outdoor terrace; perfect for al fresco dining, the pool is a good size and the grounds are beautifully maintained.
The air conditioning in the bedroom was excellent, and very quiet- which was a godsend.
The owners Anne and Olivier were incredibly helpful and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to return and also recommend this little gem of a place.
Thank you Anne and Olivier again for your kind hospitality throughout our stay, you made us feel so welcome, and our stay was very special.
