This house offers something for everyone...A very Spacious 5000 square foot home featuring an additional 2000 square foot indoor heated pool, a large family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, 5 bedrooms with 2 bedroom suites, plenty of private spaces for multiple families, great spaces inside and outside to play games, read a book, or just relax next to the fire pit, star gazing and enjoying smores with friends and family!!

Nearby are Golf courses, Delaware State Park-fishing, hiking, beach, boating, kayaking, picnics, etc., Alum Creek, great restaurants and ice cream. There is even a train that passes behind the house that the kids are sure to enjoy!

NO DIVING in the pool...pool is shallow. Swim at your own risk. No glass of any kind in pool or pool house area.
