Hôtel au calme, décoration « alpin moderne » accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, literie confortable. Buffet de petit déjeuner varié avec des produits frais. Personnel très aimable. À recommander.

Très beau, très propre. Personnel vraiment gentil qui désire nous aider dans nos démarches de transport, dans nos besoins divers.

Service impeccable, petit déjeuner merveilleux. Repas du soir délicieux (buffet). Bien insonorisé. Emplacement enchanteur. Que de bons mots pour cet hôtel.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Idéalement situé près du lac de Gosau et des départs de randonnées. Petits bémols sur la vue montagne qui donne aussi sur le parking et sur le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être de meilleure qualité pour décrocher un pont supplémentaire.

Hotel dans la verdure très confortable.

Hotel récent. Chambres très confortables, calmes et propres. Décor bois très joli. Nous avons apprécié le buffet du soir et les petits déjeuners. Possibilité de prendre le bus pour Hallstatt.

Perfect scenery but could'nt sleep a restful night

This is a nice hotel and the scenery of mountains around it is simply amazing. Food was also good. The service desk is closed after 9-10 pm. We were unfortunate in that the local football team had a match and a huge party just next to the hotel all night long. Loud music and yelling all night. I went to the front desk at 11 pm and nobody was there. I turned to the barmaid, she was very nice and she kindly called the police to complain for us as we don't speak german. The Police never came or did anything because the party was raging with teenage crazyness until 6-7am. The next day we found out by strolling by the Police station was only a few blocks away from the football field and the hotel. The Next day the front desk girl in the morning was unapolagetic saying they could not have done anything and she even confirmed to me she did not CARE. I told her that if someone was working in management they could of followed up with the police and see to it that hotel Clients were being looked after. Next night we thought we would get some sleep but sirens like nuclear alarms went on before dawn. We found out later that some roads were flooded and this was to warn us. So as you can see this little town of Gosau is very pretty but incredibly noisy at times and the management at this hotel prefers to cut expenses by having no responsible front desk officer at nigth and therefore we have to lower the rating for this cheapness in service as we still payed full price.

Hello Alexandre! Thank you for your rating. We are pleased that you could enjoy your holiday with us. Our reception is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We were not informed by the football club about this festival to counteract this. The lady at the hotel bar has contacted the police and this has also launched an ad. The event was not related to the hotel, so we could not do anything. Since it had rained heavily the following night, alarm was raised at the fire department of the disasters to help the affected people to pump out the flooded houses and cellars. If you come again in the vicinity, we would like to welcome you again in the Cooee alpine Dachstein. Best regards

Propreté et la chambres est très belle. Très bel environnement. L’acccueil est nul. La réceptionniste est bête et pas aidante. Peu de restaurants proches et il aurait fallu réserver à celui de l’hôtel mais on ne nous l’a jamais dit. La réceptionniste nous a dit que c’était complet. Nous sommes allés voir il n’y avait qu’une dizaine de clients et plusieurs tables libres (c’était mode buffet). Finalement ils nous auraient accommodés. Autre point pas d’air climatisé à cet hôtel et il faisait chaud.
