The space
This cottage features a spacious living room with elegant contemporary and antique furnishings, including a grand piano.

The fully equipped kitchen features all mod-cons, including a built-in gas cook-top, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area has seating for four at an antique mahogany table. There is also a powder room on this level.

The ground floor porch is a serene and pleasant spot to relax, surrounded by manicured gardens and direct access to the shared pool deck.

Upstairs hosts the large master bedroom, with a king-size bed, and a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom. A small outside deck offers extensive ocean and sunset views, with seating for two.

This cottage is situated on Squires Estate and surrounded by a lush garden which is home to many fruit trees, bougainvillea, hibiscus, aloe and coconut palms.

Amenities include flat-screen cable TV, air conditioning, wireless internet (WiFi), complimentary toiletries, and off-street parking.
