2 koupelny s WC, velikĂĄ terasa s vĂœhledem na moƙe, "hlavnĂ­ kuchyně" umĂ­stěnĂĄ samostatně na terase (teplo a "pachy" z vaƙenĂ­ tak zĆŻstaly venku) - dostatečně vybavenĂĄ, uvnitƙ dalĆĄĂ­ menĆĄĂ­ lednice a vaƙič, obě loĆŸnice dostatečně velkĂ©, prostornĂœ obĂœvacĂ­ pokoj s TV, slabĆĄĂ­ WI-FI, pocit soukromĂœ, klid, na nejbliĆŸĆĄĂ­ "plĂĄĆŸ" cca 180 m (vzduĆĄnou čarou cca 50 m) - mĂĄlo lidĂ­ + klid a ticho. Na vzdĂĄlenějĆĄĂ­ "městskĂ© plĂĄĆŸi" byla hlava na hlavě. DomĂĄcĂ­ jsou velmi milĂ­ lidĂ©. VlastnĂ­ parkoviĆĄtě u vily v polostĂ­nu fajn, jen vĂœjezd na hlavnĂ­ silnici je fakt prudkĂœ. Popis apartmĂĄnu + vybavenĂ­ odpovĂ­dalo 100 % reĂĄlnĂ©mu stavu. Lokalita - Zaostrog je taky fajn, na rozdĂ­l od pƙeplněnĂœch letovisek typu MakarskĂĄ. Do nejbliĆŸĆĄĂ­ho obchodu (Plodine) to bylo po hlavnĂ­ silnici asi 10 minut pěơky, nebo pƙes vesnici asi 25 minut.. Mohu jen doporučit.

Einfaches, sauberes und sehr ruhiges Apartment mit großer Terrasse und atemberaubendem Meerblick auf Peljesac und Hvar. Gutes WLAN und großer Parkplatz (an der B 8, nicht an der Strandstrasse). Strand fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar, ebenso einige Restaurants. Aussendusche auf dem GrundstĂŒck mit zwei weiteren Ferienwohnungen. Zwei Minuten mit dem Auto zum Plodine, sieben Minuten zur FĂ€hre nach Hvar. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die aber leider weder Deutsch noch Englisch verstehen.

SkvělĂ© mĂ­sto. MajitelĂ© Josef a Kata byly super. NĂĄdhernĂœ vĂœhled z balkonu na moƙe a Zaostrog. Měli jsme zde jeĆĄtě jeden větĆĄĂ­ apartmĂĄn, pƙímo pod tĂ­mto a takĂ© byl skvělĂœ, velkĂĄ terasa, vĂœhled na moƙe, velkĂœ prostor uvnitƙ. Mohu jen doporučit. TĂ­mto chceme Josefovi a Kate znovu poděkovat za skvělou dovolenou.

Prima appartement met zeezicht

Mooi appartement met terras en een prachtig uitzicht op de zee, in een rustige buurt, op wandelafstand van Zaostrog. Goede slaapkamer (zelfs met muggenzift!) en badkamer. Ruime parking vlak achter het appartement, te bereiken vanaf de Magistrale. Zeer vriendelijke hosts die ons ontvingen met rakija en koekjes en ons ook de nodige informatie geven over de omgeving en waar we lekker konden gaan eten (zeker Restaurant PaĆĄkal is aan te bevelen!).

Relaxing days in a really beautiful location and very welcoming hosts

We had the most wonderful time at Villa Alex. The apartment was very clean und furnished in a nice way, perfect to spend some relaxing days at the sea. The owners are really welcoming and generous people and gave us great local foods and homemade liquor. They were easily reachable and super friendly. The beach is only 3-5 minutes away and a little more private than the one in the city center (7 minutes walking distance) which we also liked. The view is stunning. We really recommend it!

Eine Urlaubswoche wie man sie sich wĂŒnscht ...

Alles sauber und ordentlich. Blick vom Balkon zur Adria hielt was er versprach. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war perfekt. Die Tochter, welche gerade anwesend war und deutsch spricht, half ihren Eltern unsere Fragen charmant zu beantworten.

We loved this property and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends

We were greeted on arrival by a very lovely couple (Josko and his wife) with the keys and a few helpful pointers as to where things were and treated to a decanter of local liquor and homebaked cake which was indeed a lovely welcoming touch. Access to the apartment was easy. The view from the balcony was beautiful with Hvar in the distance. It was a little bit further out of the town of Podaca than expected but nevertheless we were happy finding Zaostrog to be very pleasant and enjoyed our visits there for meals and sightseeing.

ƚwieĆŒo odnowiony apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Mieliƛmy pokĂłj na piętrze (ten większy), super widok z okna na zachĂłd i zatokę, do tego taras oddzielony caƂkowicie od sąsiadĂłw. W ƛrodku czysto, ƛwieĆŒo odnowione, cicha i wydajna klima (w kuchni, więc nie wiaƂa po Ć‚ĂłĆŒku, co jest częstym bƂędem). Ɓazienka maƂa, ale peƂna kabina, a nie zasƂonka. Blisko na plaĆŒÄ™. Parkowaliƛmy przed domem wƂaƛcicieli (sąsiedni), nie byƂo problemu z miejscem. Bardzo dokƂadne instrukcje od agencji poƛredniczącej. WƂaƛciciele bardzo sympatyczni i goƛcinni, nie mĂłwią po angielsku, ale nie byƂo problemu z komunikacją. Do plaĆŒy krĂłtki spacer, blisko teĆŒ restauracja. WiFi OK. Generalnie, dzięki czystoƛci i lokalizacji bardzo dobry stosunek jakoƛci do ceny. Nic, co by zepsuƂo nam wyjazd, jedynie parę komentarzy dla wymagających. Apartament jest dosyć wąski, dla nas dwoje super, ale więcej osĂłb byƂoby ciÄ™ĆŒko. Jedna maƂa szafa, więc sofa sƂuĆŒyƂa nam do przechowywania ubraƄ. Nie ma telewizora, ale to akurat uwaĆŒaliƛmy za zaletę, zwƂaszcza z uwagi na cienką ƛcianę do sąsiadĂłw (przynajmniej byƂo ciszej). Kuchnia wyposaĆŒona minimalistycznie, ale przynajmniej wygodne krzeseƂka. MaƂe ręczniki, ale to juĆŒ czepianie się:)
