In the cosy living room with high ceilings and direct access to the east and south-west-facing terraces, you can spend cosy hours together. A large loft with sleeping areas and space to play can be converted into a children's living room. Many beautiful details await you throughout the light-flooded house.



The child-friendly house, which is situated in a cul-de-sac with little traffic, has a private garden with plenty of space for games and ball games, as well as a swing and a sandpit to keep your children entertained. Of course, there are also fantastic terraces where you can sunbathe, enjoy your meals and organise cosy barbecues. The wood-fuelled hot tub is something you should experience in the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the sky and wildlife all year round.



The house is close to the beautiful Udsholt beach, where you can spend hours swimming and sunbathing or just take a relaxing walk along the water. If you need a change of scenery, you can visit the cosy fishing town of Gilleleje with its many shops, cafés and restaurants or drive to Hillerød and visit the beautiful Frederiksborg Castle. We also recommend a long walk in the beautiful coastal landscape of Heather Hill. There are also excellent fishing opportunities, known for sea trout and flatfish fishing. Depending on the season, there are also various other types of fish.
