Awesome Waterfront - Possum Kingdom Lakefront Condo, Harborview

Escape to the lake with your family and enjoy this brand new lakefront harborview condo, situated on Possum Kingdom. Unit is near PK Patterson Marina, and 5 minutes to Hells Gate by boat. After a long day on the lake, retreat back and enjoy your time at the stunning pool area equipped with BBQ's, hot tub, and fire-pit. It's the perfect place for winding down with family and friends.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

This property sleeps up to 8 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom and two queens in the guest room. Each room is equipped with smart T.V's and free internet. There is a Restoration Hardware Gel foam pullout queen sofa bed in the living area with a 75" smart T.V. Dining table seats up to 6 people with two counter stools at the kitchen island. This private end unit is situated on the ground floor with easy access to the lawn, pool area, entertaining pavilion, laundry room, and workout center.

THE LOCATION

Nestled along Possum Kingdom Lake, you’re perfectly situated to rent a boat or jet ski right outside your door at the marina. Head on down to Hells Gate which is only a 5 minute boat ride. Enjoy the surrounding natural beauty, whether it’s a hike or bike ride along the lake, golfing (15 minutes away), or walk to a nice dinner at Hemingway’s on the lake.

The property is gated with open parking but does NOT allow boat or trailer parking.

Nice property

This was a nice property, however, the people that are above this unit are extremely loud. We heard them stomping around all night and all hours of the night barely sleeping a wink. The TV in the master bedroom did not work. Please be aware, that the residents that are located above this property are very loud stompers and are up all night- keeping us and our kids awake all night. There needs to be clearer instructions on how to work the door lock. We had no clue how to lock or unlock this property

Perfect location in PK

Our family stayed here for our fall break and it was absolutely wonderful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and the owner even had s’more supplies waiting for us upon arrival. We sat by the fire pit each night and our kids loved making the s’mores. And the pool is just steps from the condo’s patio and we loved walking to dinner at Hemmingway’s. We will be back as soon as we can.

This is a great condo in a great location!

This is a great condo for being near the water at a marina, near a restaurant, and near all of the things that you are there to do. Fully stocked, looks like new, and has everything you need. The condo complex is small (maybe 15 units) but there is pool, hot tub, a terrific grill area, laundry, and fitness area. We all loved it and would pick it specifically when we return.

Condo on Possum Kingdom Lake

This condo is at the end of the building with a great view of the marina and lake. It is very quiet, very welcoming, and very comfortable. We were there in the middle of the week so we had the pool to ourselves. Hemingway's is within walking distance and has a fabulous patio and menu!

The Harbor PK Gem

Wonderful, well appointed condo at the Harbor at Possum Kingdom. We rented for a weekend as our friends have a place at the Harbor and we needed additional space to accommodate additional family members. Property was immaculate and well appointed. My son loved the Restoration Hardware pullout sofa in the living room. Owners were kind and courteous. My wife left a medicine bag behind and they graciously returned it to us via mail. Will definitely return.
