Whether you’re enjoying the cozy living spaces, taking in the sunset over the lake from the front porch, or resting in the quaint bedrooms, this house feels like a true home away from home. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Lakefront 3 bedroom 2 bath home with great community ameninities! Wonderful large community pool with a kiddie splash pad, fire pits, BBQ area, and lounge chairs. Boat ramp right outside the door as well as boat docking on the shore. Community store with everything you might need. There is also a fish cleaning station. 7.5 miles from Rocker B. Ranch. Close to Hemmingways, Boondocks, and PK Sports Bar and Grill. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
*Empty all trashcans and take all garbage out to the large dumpsters behind the pool. *Strip each bed of all linens and leave piled on the bed. *Put away air mattress in master bathroom closet.
*Place all used towels in the laundry basket in the master bathroom closet. *Remove any food from the fridge. *Load & Start dishwasher. *Turn A/C to 75. *Lock doors upon exit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
