Quick stay for a wedding
Publié le 12 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at this beautiful house, about one block from the Grafton Inn, for two nights for a wedding, and we absolutely loved it! It is a beautiful house, with lots of charm and plenty of space, and it is very comfortable, with lovely bedding and bath products. We'll have to think of another excuse to visit Grafton again so we can book it again! I would highly recommend this property to other families, friends, etc.

Publié le 31 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe’ve been to Grafton several times in the summer to visit some friends in the area…decided to give Christmas time a try…Vanessa and Rob’s charming little house in Grafton did not disappoint at all!! Was such a wonderful spot for our family of 6 and we were even able to entertain our local friends 😊 Even without snow this year, we had the most fabulous time! Cannot wait to return soon!

Publié le 10 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe Woodard Home is a lovely home in the heart of Grafton, Vermont. We enjoyed eating at the local market and Phillips Barn. A nature trail and a visit to the local maple syrup making business were experiences of small town Vermont that we really enjoyed. If you want peace and quiet, relaxing on an outside porch and the comfort of a clean wonderfully decorated home, you will really enjoy the Woodard Home.

Wonderful home in a great little town

The house was clean, well maintained and stocked, comfy beds, and very roomy for our family of four. Host was very responsive and accommodating, easy to communicate with. Close to everything in Grafton, a 2 minute walk to Phelps Barn and the Tavern, the market and easy to get to all the other activities in the area.

Wonderful farmhouse in quaint town
Publié le 2 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayFarmhouse was nicer than expected, the owners took the time to provide quality amenities, comfortable beds and walking distance to the market, cheese store and local restaurant/pub. The kids loved the games provided including Jenga and chess, cards. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics so we could enjoy family dinners in the beautiful dining room. It was a lovely home and a relaxing weekend away jn beautiful Vermont!

Cozy house loved the location
Publié le 12 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwaycomfortable, organized, clean, warm house that invites you to rest after a day of skiing Vanessa has organized this house with details so that guests feel comfortable, three spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, each with an independent bathroom. My sister, her husband their children and my husband and I spent a few pleasant days thank you Vanessa for the surprise gift you left us we enjoyed it we hope to return again.
