The area is nice, the hotel is easily accessible, close to shopping of a variety, close to highway. One major concern of security is the west entrance at the back of the property. It is well lit, but the door going into the hotel does not have a functioning lock. Despite there being a place to swipe your keycard to get in, the door doesn’t latch well. If this were fixed, I would definitely stay again.

All good. Didn’t use the pool or workout area. Bed was comfortable, had decent amenities (microwave, fridge, coffee, couch, good plug ins). Breakfast was just average. Room had kind of a funky smell and sheets had stain that looked like it got caught in the washer or something. Good for a quick one night stay. Close to shopping and restaurants.

When we called about the AC not working, they gave us instructions on resetting the circuit breaker. The people we were traveling with also had mold on the wall around the AC unit. There was no direct TV service the whole day we were there.

Dirty/stained carpet, very musty smelling, bathroom in bad shape, breakfast was gross (eggs appeared to be filled with cheese-wiz) and coffee was out of a machine. The beds weee terribly uncomfortable. We picked this hotel due to location which is likely what keeps them in business. Old is one thing, they don’t seem to care much about quality or comfort.

The first room we were given was extremely musty smelling and damp. The new room we were given was not much better. The air conditioning units were clearly not working properly and creating a tremendous amount of moisture in the rooms. Felt like we were in a swamp. Would NEVER stay there again!

Damp and disappointing

Hotel lobby renovation was nice. The room smelled damp and old. The carpet was stained and the sheets were also washed but stained as well. The continental breakfast was free but the eggs and sausage were horrible. Will not stay again unless it is the only place available.

Hotel was convenient for our travel plans. It was relatively clean. Hotel staff was not friendly, nor helpful upon check in. The breakfast had minimal food and after I got hard, stuck to the pan eggs, there was no warm food out and the tables were not cleaned. An older gentleman, with a cane sat there for a good 10 minutes waiting for eggs to be replenished. Finally, I went over to the kitchen area, knocked and knocked to see if I could get some assistance (food for him). Finally, we saw a woman standing back there, watching a movie on her phone. She did not speak English. She said something ( I think) about eggs and meat, 10 minutes.... The second day of our stay my son was stopped on his way back from Starbucks at 7:00 AM and told we had to be out of the hotel by 9:00 AM - because they were cutting off all the power in the hotel. We received a call at 7:45 AM to the room that we needed to be out by 9:00AM. (Check out was supposed to be at 11:00 AM.) We hurried to get out. No breakfast, no apology. The front desk person did recommend a good breakfast place to us, however good; it still cost us $35.00. We expressed our disappointment with the person at the front desk upon leaving and she said she would note it on our card. No one reached out to us. Very disappointing. Will never stay there again.
