Great escape!

Such a great experience at the Hampton in Grafton. They were working in remodeling and you wouldn't even know it. The common areas were clean. All of the staff was very hospitable. We had just come from a water park where the cabin and facility was so dirty. So staying here felt amazing and was really restful.

Celeste was very pleasant at the front desk , my room was more than adequate , LOL the coffee in the room was terrible , coffee down at breakfast was great

Staff was extremely friendly from check-in to breakfast to check-out. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but that's always a personal preference. Someone else might think its great. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable away from home

Came in for a baby shower during a snow storm and everyone was so kind. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Nice hotel, person wasn't always at front desk, you had to wait for her to come out from the back (twice). I wish the showers were updated as they looked the oldest. Also I didnt realize there was a thermostat on wall for the heat. I walked over to the old radiator on wall and the cover fell off when I opened the flap and it looks like the whole unit is coming loose from the wall. Details are everything when I pay a lot of money for a hotel room. This needs to be repaired.

Hi Diane, Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel. I am glad to see that you enjoyed your time with us overall but do apologize regarding the couple hiccups you had. Please know that our front desk works on laundry in the back office during down time, so while they are not always present during slower periods, they can see the cameras and should be coming out as soon as they see someone at the desk. I apologize if that was not the case. Next, you'll be happy to know that the renovation we are currently under is to update all guest room bathrooms. This renovation just started about 6 weeks ago, but once it concludes, all guest room bathrooms will be brand new like the rest of the room. Lastly, I appreciate you bringing the wall unit to our attention. They do have clings on them that let you know to use the controls on the wall, but I have written up a maintenance slip for him to take a look at it and make sure it is not in fact coming out of the wall.
