The Cottage on Lake Graham

Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family fun weekend vacation. This cozy lakeside cottage is 2.5 miles from Graham. The cottage decor give it a fairy tale like feel, making it a truly unique destination. The water's edge gas fire pit is a great place to unwind year round. The shoreline has a gradual slope making lake access easy with shallow water. The water is 9 feet deep at the dock, ample to enjoy the diving board & slide. The back yard offers plenty of sun and shade.

The living area includes a small table, window seat and a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot as well as a two burner cook-top, and an air fryer, but no oven or stove.

The Cottage is NOT for loud parties or rowdy activities. Although, The Cottage has hosted several birthday parties, weddings and reunions over the years. All parties must be pre-approved and there is an additional charge depending on day and number of people.

There is a propane gill on the backside of the cottage, you are also welcome to use the outdoor kitchen and grill on the back porch of the main house. The porch has lights and a stereo that you are welcome to use as well.

Their are Paddle Boards, Kayaks and a paddle boat stored behind the cottage that you are welcome to use, as well as life jackets and floats in the dock box.

A local fishing guide service is available by Scott Smiley, must be booked prior to arrival. More info and contact info provided upon request.

The loft has a full-size bed, and the window seat can be used as a single bed or can accommodate two children. There is also a self-inflating full size air mattress available and plenty of extra linens.

The Lake Cottage on Lake Graham is a charming place to stay. It has a stunning view of the lake and the cottage and grounds are extremely well maintained. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Nice Cosy Cabin

I brought my three children yo participate in Crayfish and Cannons at Fort Belknap and we did not want to stay at a motel. The pictures of the cabin and lake looked inviting. Overall it was a well maintained property.

Peaceful getaway

We enjoyed our visit to the cottage for a couple of days. Quiet setting, dock and lake access right outside the door. Short drive to town square, Fort Belknap for other activities. Friendly, responsive host. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Great weekend

Our son competed in his first indoor archery contest at the Young County Arena. We saw this cute cottage on Lake Graham and knew we had to stay there.I wanted our family to spend more time outside than indoors so it was perfect!We will be checking in for a time to revisit during the summer!

Perfect Escape

My husband and I absolutely loved this little cottage and the incredible views from the balcony and fire pit. It was the perfect escape and close enough to town to get groceries or enjoy an evening out to eat. Eric provided his cell phone number and was available if we needed anything during our stay.

Peaceful Lakeside Getaway with Stargazing Views

We had an unforgettable stay at the Cottage on the Lake in Graham! The home was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. The lakefront location was peaceful yet still just a short drive into town and to Fort Belknap for a bit of local history.We spent our days paddle boating and relaxing, and our nights stargazing from the dock hammock under the Milky Way. The hum of the nearby power plant added a surprisingly calming backdrop in the evenings. It felt like we were worlds away, even though we were close to town.This place is perfect for anyone looking to disconnect, recharge, and enjoy nature without giving up comfort. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back!

Winter Surprise!

The perfect setting to start off our new year. The cottage was quaint and lovely. My husband and our two girls loved every minute of it. The added bonus of snow on NYE was amazing. Eric even offered to lend us sleds for the girls to enjoy. He was so accommodating and was quick to respond. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a memorable New Years!

Peaceful Cottage

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I to have a weekend of quiet reflection. We "lived" on the window seat in front of the picture window. It was the perfect place to talk, read, and reflect on the coming year. The property is exactly as described and as seen in the photos. Being January, it was a little cold to be outside, but we did sit on the floating dock and feed the fish one morning. And we so enjoyed watching the ducks and geese out on the water. Eric was a wonderful host and easy to work with via email. I highly recommend his cottage for a peaceful getaway with a wonderful view of the lake.

You had me at the window seat...

This cottage is so very charming! You can’t tell you are close to the main house due to the setting of the cottage and its close proximity to the lake. The high, vaulted ceiling, open floor plan and generous natural light made for an inviting first impression. Our stay was during the late winter blast, and we spent hours on the fabulous,10-foot long window seat, sipping wine that was provided by our generous host, Eric, and watching the waves on the cold, windy lake. We ate at Neri’s and Dos Chile’s in Graham and enjoyed them very much. I’d love to come back when the weather is warmer and enjoy this lovely place again. Eric was easy to work with and made sure our needs were met. Great VRBO experience!!

Relaxing Cottage on the Lake

Check in went smoothly. Eric was a great host and very accommodating. The view was great and although the cottage is in close proximity to Eric’s house, we had plenty of privacy. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit overlooking the lake and feeding the fish and Aflac, the duck.

So relaxing!

My friends and I had a wonderful little weekend. The tiny lake house was very cozy, Eric was a great host, and sitting out by the lake in the evening and in the morning with coffee was so relaxing after this very crazy year.

Peaceful Cottage By The Lake in Graham Texas

If you are looking for a peaceful property to relax and unwind, this is the place. Eric, our host, had everything ready for us. My wife and I just wanted to relax...this place was perfect. Eric also provided several restaurants in the area, all were very good. It is a quaint town with several nice parks. Next time we are in the area we will definitely book this cottage again.
