This exclusive two-storey villa stands out for its large spaces and comfortable equipment, as well as a large private heated swimming pool and a wonderful outdoor terrace with privileged views, which thanks to its huge windows, make the interior very bright.

It has 2 large bedrooms with double beds and 2 complete bathrooms with shower. The beds are of the highest quality so you can relax and enjoy a great night's sleep. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Maspalomas is a quiet resort with a beautiful sandy beach and a great selection of bars, restaurants and cafes, all within 10 minutes from the villa.

The surrounding region offers many other magnificent beaches to explore. Las Palmas, the main settlement on the island, is a fifty minute drive along the coast.

It is advisable to hire a car to get around the area easily and comfortably.

This property is located in a residential urbanization, therefore activities that may be disturbing to the neighbours are strictly forbidden.
