Located on one of the best golf resorts on the island, with wonderful golf courses, and only 10 minutes away from the famous beach of Maspalomas, facing east with wonderful views. Surrounded by nature, silence and tranquillity, it allows a relaxed stay on the best part of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massages and walks surrounded by nature.
The ground floor consists of an open area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, connected through big glass sliding doors to a covered terrace, and a separate bedroom area with two twin beds and a full private bathroom. The first floor consists of one bedroom with a king size bed, a full private bathroom, and a solarium terrace. The villa is surrounded by a nice garden and has access to a shared pool located near the house.
Top quality materials have been used for its construction. There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the villa. It has a private parking space for one vehicle. It also has access to a bigger swimming pool for common use by the surrounding villas. The golf resort urbanisation is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, restaurants, and two complete golf courses, with special conditions for the guests of the villa. Access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 30 minutes away.
