Great place. Bad communication

The apartment was beautiful and in a perfect place to easily get everywhere. Communication was not good. Didn’t get entry instructions till i was there and waited for them to respond. No hot water in shower and when we told them they didn’t respond, I reserved onsite parking yet when we arrived they had us go to another place 10 minutes walk away then another 15 minute walk to get the discount ticket which turns out only saved us one euro.

A wonderful home

We loved our stay on the historic Plaza de la Trinidad. The apartment is recently renovated, very comfortable and characterful (that wallpaper) and the neighbourhood can't be beat. Tip -- if you have trouble unlocking the door, turn the key all the way clockwise (several rotations) and if it doesn't open, pull the door toward you while turning. It will open pronto.

The location of the apartment is great. On the perimeter of a plaza square with lots of restaurants, shops, and things to do. The unit was clean, and well appointed. The chez moi property manager was very helpful. We enjoyed our time in Granada and would recommend this apartment to anyone.

We were met at the apartment with no problems. The pictures are accurate. The location is great. The view from the rooftop is special. A bit noisy as it's right off the plaza. Could use an ironing board and dry rack. We enjoyed our stay.

Super appartement!

L’appartement était super et très bien situé. L’acceuil était très bien.Nous avons trouvé l’endroit très bruyant pour dormir , beaucoup de scooter et de gens qui parlent tard et la cuisine manque sérieusement d’équipement comme couteaux à pains, une seule coupe à vin, un seul verre, pas de cafetière à part une petite pour espresso. La salle de bains pourrait bénéficier d’un chauffage pour l’hiver car même en laissant la porte ouverte c’est froid surtout le plancher.
