The modern flat is located in Arenas del Mar, a neighbourhood in the coastal village of El Médano, in the south of the island of Tenerife. El Médano is a small town, known worldwide as one of the best destinations for water sports. El Médano is very close to the airport Reina Sofía Tenerife Sur, which makes it perfect for getting around and getting to know any part of the island of Tenerife.

The property is close to the centre of the village where you can enjoy its shops and restaurants, as well as close to the sea, where you can swim or stroll along the beach.

If you like hiking, this is also possible thanks to the hiking trails in the surroundings of El Médano, between volcanoes and mountains.



The house of 115 square metres is a semi-detached house on two floors with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet and three terraces, two of them covered and a third one partially covered, which allows you to enjoy the open air without being bothered by the windy days, which is one of the attractions of El Médano, as it favours the practice of multiple water sports. The house can accommodate a total of 7 people.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Leider ist die Ausstattung sehr sparsam. Für 5 angemeldete Gäste gab es genau 5 Handtücher. Nur zwei Betten hatten eine Decke, das dritte Bett nur ein Leintuch was im Dezember definitiv zu dünn ist! Der Pool ist zum Schwimmen leider zu flach sondern eher ein Kinderplanschbecken. Mit dem Vermieter gibt es keinen persönlichen Kontakt. Die schriftlichen Antworten kommen aber prompt.
