It was very noisy inside the hotel. Banging doors loud music at 3:00am could hear snoring in the room next door. Very thin walls.

The outside was alittle beat up, but no problem with inside, in a great place. I thought it was an inside pool according to pictures online, so swimming would have been great. But other than that very impressed.

Found cockroach in bathroom. TV remote back cover kept falling off. Noisy baseball team kids on Friday and Saturday nights. Food ok. Lobby super clean. No jacuzzi which was disappointing.

I only wanted a bed for one night. The first room had bed bugs crawling on it. I didn’t even pull the comforter back. Crawling on the outside. The next room, the TV remote didn’t work, the coffee machine tasted like cleaning solvent, the breakfast was tasteless. I like Best Western a lot but this stay was sub-par. I hope they can improve this location.
