Hairy shower

The elevators did not work, and when we checked into our room, it smelled musty. The shower was full of hair. Both on the shower wall and in the tub appeared somebody had washed a wig and shook it out all over the place.

Given 2nd Floor Room - Elevator Out of Service

After checking in, and retrieving belongings from the car, then the front desk attendant (young, Caucasian lady with dark hair) informed us the elevator was out of order!!! Why put us on the 2nd floor? We get to our room and find out we are in a wheel chair accessible room!! Again, why?? This is not the room that we booked. No one in my party is wheel chair bound or need this type of room. This is the first and last time staying at this hotel.

Decent stay on a busy University weekend

Decent hotel. Service was good and went fast. The lobby is clean and well lit. Breakfast is the normal fare. Coffee machines are a nice touch. The room was a little run down. Bathroom could use a little love. Paint missing, base board missing, stains on tub. The carpet at the threshold was worn and fraying. The TV did not get off the greeting screen. Not a game changer but a little frustrating. Even rooms face the back and field so less noise. A few fast food places within walking distance. Parking lot was well lit.

Great place to stay!

Great experience! All staff were courteous and helpful. They responded timely and professionally to requests (extra bed linens, towels, pillow). Room was clean and well maintained. We accidentally left a few items upon checkout and when I called the person who answered the phone was very helpful and called back in less than 10 minute let me know where the items were found and where they could be picked. Your attention to quality, cleanliness, and customer service were refreshing!! Thank you!

The staff was very helpful providing blankets and sheets for the pullout. The carpet is worn but ok. Recommend cleaning behind the sofa pullout, my son found toys from previous guests along with other paper trash. Overall breakfast was ok, but the highlight the coffee machine that makes lates and cappuccino.. its open all night.

We enjoyed our stay in the clean rooms here. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. The room could have been updated a little, as the carpet had a tear by the bathroom. Otherwise, we loved our stay. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and it made our stay begin on a high note.

Overall we had a good stay. The room felt clean and updated. Renovations were still being completed but they were not disruptive to our stay. The complimentary breakfast was really bad. The lobby and common areas smelled sour, had no ac or the ac was out and they were very humid. There was only one working elevator and the ice machine on our floor was broken. The rooms were dated and did not match the pictures in the online description
