Multi-Family Home!

WELCOME to the Dino capital of the world! 🩕

Come and enjoy small town America. Our two street, quiet neighborhood has concrete roads, sidewalks, street lamps and all. This home is a 4 bed, 4 bath 2-story home. Two rooms are upstairs with their own individual en-suite bathrooms and separate staircases as well (the rooms do not connect at all- great for added privacy for multi families traveling). One upstairs room has a queen bed and large bathroom with full tub/shower. Other upstairs bedroom has two double beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs has the primary bedroom with a king size bed, large bathroom and large tiled walk-in shower. There’s also an additional twin bed, that is stored in the closet, that can be pulled out to accommodate a young child who may still want to sleep in mom and dad’s room! (My youngest was like that! Lol) The other downstairs bedroom has a twin bunk bed with a twin trundle and a full size bed. This room could accommodate 4-5 children easily. This room also has a connecting bathroom as well. Each room has its own bathroom which is great for privacy when traveling with others.
We have also provided a high chair, pack-n-play and small portable crib for convenience for those traveling with infants. đŸ‘¶ đŸŒ As of right now, we don’t offer bedding for the small crib so we would ask that you bring that or we do have smaller blankets available in the hall closet closest to the laundry room. The home is listed as sleeping 10 people but you can easily fit up to 12-14 and we certainly don’t mind trying to accommodate larger groups whenever possible!
You can entertain all night long with an amazing outdoor area equipped with a propane fire pit đŸ”„ , rockers đŸȘ‘ , small propane grill, porch swing and outdoor yard games đŸŽČ . The outdoor space is completely fenced in to keep toddlers or pets đŸ¶ confined and safe while you enjoy relaxing at the end of the day. This size home will definitely sleep a couple families, comfortably.

Come to Glen Rose to check out Fossil Rim 🩒 🩌 🩁 , tube the Brazos River 💩 ☀ , or take a stroll through the quaint historic downtown square where there’s tons of little boutiques, a place to grab your favorite cocktail 🍾 , an old fashioned soda shop with nostalgic candies and ice cream floats, CRAVE - a brand new bakery and coffee shop AND SO MUCH MORE!

Fossil Rim adventure

The property is great. We needed 4 bedrooms and to get 4 bathrooms was a bonus. The kitchen and dining area was large and accommodating. We explored Dinosaur Valley State Park, and loved the guided tour at Fossil Rim!

Quiet and Comfortable

Great space to spread out and enjoy family. In town for Family Weekend at Tarleton. Nice drive to and from Stephenville. Lots of goid restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

Dinosaur Trail stay

We visited to see Glen Rose and check out the dinosaur tracks. The house was central and easy to get to and from all of our planned stops. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for a quick stay. Great communication and fun weekend trip!

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful. The cleaning crew could do a little better. There were a few spiders inside that had been there for a while. I rated the neighborhood lower because the morning we checked out we had to deal with 2 loose dogs that were not friendly. We loved the house and very much enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to Glen Rose.

Wonderful Escape in Glen Rose

This house was a fabulous place to stay with a larger group. The two separate access upstairs bedrooms were a great option for having multiple families stay. It was very nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom and the common areas were very well equipped. Downtown Glen Rose was fun to stroll around and shop and Fossil Rim was so fun for the kids. By far the best giraffe experience we have ever had.

Family Gathering

10 family members from Virginia and Georgia for a celebration of life. Easy communication and check-in. Clean and adequate room for all. Although 102 degrees outside, the upstairs stayed as cool as the downstairs. The printer was used and appreciated. Hammonds Barbecue provided the food for gathering at Senior Center. Food delicious, employees extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely return. A modern, quiet neighborhood

Beautiful House

This is a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. I love that each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. The listing states there will be a welcome basket of some sort, but there wasn’t for us. Not a big deal though. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The Promise Small Group Stay

This location was perfect for our bible study group who were in town to see the Promise down the street from the house. The house is well equipped to cook for a large group and plenty of room to spread out both indoors and out. We were a group of 8 adult women and really appreciated the large dining table and quiet neighborhood. The house is close to everything Glen Rose has to offer. Would highly recommend as Gina was wonderful to work with as the property host and it has everything you'd need for a group!

Spring Break in Glen Rose

Gina’s place was perfect for our four-generation family vacation over spring break. House has all the amenities. Highly recommend. Location is great and super family-friendly neighborhood. And Gina is a fantastic host - very quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Would definitely go back if ever visiting Glen Rose.
