This charming cottage which was recently renovated is nestled on the edge of Granby Lake. It boasts 360 degree views with steps to the waters edge. The cozy living room has an expansive sliding glass door looking out on the lake and mountains. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a large built in bench eating area. Close to hiking trails and a boat launch less than a mile away. The flat driveway which has easy access allows for boat parking. Close to Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park and an abundance of outdoor activities including skiing, boating, paddle boarding, fishing, snowmobiling and hiking, snowshoeing & more!
