조식은 부페식이 아니라 메이드가 빵과 주스 가져다 줍니다. 방에 와서 추가로 커피와 차 끓여주는데 빵 좋아하시는 분은 나쁘지 않지만 개인적으론 돈 아까웠어요. 주방에 개미 엄청 많으니 놀라지 마시고, 공항까지 무료 셔틀 없습니다. 수영장 작고 물 지저분해서 안 갔어요. 그 외엔 무난무난 합니다. Mall 까지 가는 무료 셔틀은 꽤 유용한데 이거라도 없으면 고립돼요.

Si vous êtes à la recherche du calme et du repos c'est l'endroit idéal. Un peu retiré du centre mais une marche de 20 minutes suffit pour y arriver. Des navettes sont disponibles tout le long de la journée pour rejoindre les différentes plages. Pour ma part le seul défaut que je pourrais dire, plutôt une revendication, serait de mettre de rendre le spa accessible gratuitement ( jacuzzi et Hammam )

‘Verkocht’ als hotel, maar dat is het eigenlijk niet. Het is een appartementen complex. Ziet er keurig uit. Volgeboekt, maar toch verlaten indruk. Zwembad is IJSKOUD. Bad op balkon ( dompelbad?) idem. Nooit in gezeten. IJSKOUD. Zondag en maandag geen mogelijkheid om te eten. Restaurant meestal sowieso leeg. Appartement keurig. Ontbijt standaard karig en niet voor 0830. Soms lastig met excursies. Afstand naar airport 1:15. Shuttle naar strand is zeker geen 5-10 min. 35-40 ivm stoppen en wachten bij meerdere andere locaties. Management nam klachten wel serieus, maar kon uiteraard eea niet verhelpen.

Great apartment, nice pool, and lush grounds. Love the fact that it's about five minutes' drive from La Croisette Mall. Too bad dryer wasn't working and resort didn't send anyone to check even after requesting.

Belle surprise en arrivant dans cet hôtel Décoration au top, le centre de l’hôtel au premier abord typiquement tropical Dépaysement garanti à l’arrivee Chambre parfaitement équipée pour un séjour agréable (machine à laver le linge, four électrique, micro onde, sèche cheveux, etc...) Et le must est la télé pivotante entre la chambre et la salle de bain (baignoire et douche à l’italienne) Décoration moderne et terrasse bien agréable MAIS MAIS MAIS..... si on y réside plusieurs jours en temps de pluie, l’horreur : l’orchestre des crapauds est infernal Ces croassements sont d’une telle ampleur qu’il est impossible de dormir ou de se reposer en journée L’hôtel ne prévoit de boules Kiès et croyez moi elles auraient été les bienvenues 1. D’autre part pour un 4 étoiles, si vous repartez tôt comme nous à 6:00 vous repartez comme des voleurs puisqu’aucun personnel n’est présent pour récupérer les clés de la chambre 2. Le dimanche soir, si vous voulez vous faire livrer un repas, ce service n’existe pas et le personnel n’a pas l’air de vouloir trouver un établissement qui le fait 3. Personnel d’entretien excellent 4. Personnel à la réception est jeune et n’est pas à la disposition des touristes (ou alors pas auprès des touristes réunionnais !!!!!!!) 5. Petit déjeuner est réduit au minimum (carafe de jus de fruits de piètre qualité, minuscule ramequin de confiture, et viennoiserie industrielle sans goût) 6. On est venu, on a vu et on ne reviendra plus

Utmärkt boende nära Grand Baie

Vi hade en utmärkt semester med boende på Les Domaines des Alizees. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående receptionspersonal och utmärkt lokalvård/städning. De två minus vi noterat: Frukoststandarden var inte riktigt vad vi är vana vid och frånvaron av tider för poolanvändning medförde att vi tidvis stördes av sena ”poolaktiviteter”.

superbe hotel mais gros problème restauration

dans l'ensemble le cadre est agréable très beau très reposant, le gros soucis c'est au niveau du restaurant qui ferm à 21h 30 si nous sommes en train de boire un verre il faut faire vite pour rendre le verre cars le bar ferm déçu de sa et d'autant plus du repas qui n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles . vraiment pas à la hauteur ..... déçu... déçu de celà aucune activiter pour les enfants !!!! personnel de la réception les chef etc très très accueillant ont su nous redonner le sourire par contre l'hôtel et très propres les chambres de même la salle de bains excellent la tv face à la baignoire baignoire face à la piscine .. hotel magnifique chapeau je pense que si vous ferais l'effort pour la restauration et un peut d'animation sur place que se déplacer en navette pour votre plage priver et d'autant plus payer un taxi à notre charge pour les animation que vous proposer cela n'est pas convenable . pour ma part si tout serait sur place et dans des bonnes circonstances l'hôtel n'aura pas de point négatif ... vraiment ... Que du bonheur!!!!!

Tout a été parfait de l’accueil très chaleureux de Rujni Jusqu’à notre départ avec Audrey. Nous avons passé 6 jours et 5 nuits en penthouse et nous étions 5. Ascenseurs pour accéder à la chambre, le ménage est effectué tous les jours ainsi que tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. La plage privée se trouve à trou aux biche et des navettes (gratuite) vous y emmènent 2 à 3 fois/jours, la plage Evaco est super Top, elle est calme avec une superbe déco, locaux régulièrement entretenus, on y mange bien avec une spéciale dédicace à Vinai et Nishta pour leurs gentillesses. Un autre endroit incontournable et surtout une plus value du domaine c’est bien le SPA 5 Sens géré par Mélissa. Endroit calme, propre, superbe cadre zen, tout est réuni pour passer un super moment de détente. Nous avons eu à faire à un personnel très à l’écoute et très professionnel. Pour ma part j’ai testé l’harmonie 5sens 2 fois avec ma femme et notre fille, je me suis presque endormi tellement c’était bon. Merci encore à Pritee et Lucinda mais aussi à Rakhi et Devika ne changez rien😉. Un grand merci à vous tous pour avoir fait de ce voyage familial ce qu’il a était, c’est à dire parfait 👍 La famille CARDON

Home from home apartment

Good modern apartment but you need a car to get about anywhere as Grand Baie is a 35mins walk away along a very busy road with no pavements. The pool at the complex is lovely but small & there aren't many sunbeds there. It does have a beach club with sunbeds but you have to pay for them. There is a free bus to take you there but takes its time as it picks up at other places too. I would say these apartments are best if you want to get out & about to see the island. Roads are very easy to follow with plenty of signs. We had a problem with the oven & it was sorted a.s.a.p. which was good.

Hotellet är fint, banrbassängen tyckte vi mycket om. Servicen fungerar bra utom shuttle servicen till beach klubben, det kan vara svårt att få plats i bilen. Man får ofta ta taxi tillbaka till hotellet. Hotellet ligger isolerat, alla EVACOs hotell har en beach resort. Det är fint med bra service, trevlig personal och duktig kock. På helgerna är det dock svårt att få liggstol på stranden och bord på restaurangen.

We spent one week in a 2-bedroom apartment. The suite was clean, tide and good in general. However there are some small things that can be improved to increase the level of comfort. For example, providing laundry detergent which does not cost that much to hotel but makes the life much easier for the guests. The hotel is located almost in a rural area where nothing is closed. We rented a car during our stay, so I cannot comment on public transportation. Other than that these everything was good.

Hôtel très agréable et bien situé

La résidence viellit mal notre penthouse la cahmbre 306 wifi inutilisable (512 ko) lave vaisselle en panne durant 10 jours. Lave linge en panne également, piscine sur la terrasse trois fois out.... Par contre le management et le personnel sont très serviable et font tout pour aider. Les femmes de ménage on fait la vaiselle à la main et le service technique fait ce qu'il peut également pour trouver des solutions. Le résident Manager Monsieur Mervin nous a rencontré et fait un geste commercial en nous autorisant à quiter notre appartement à 18 heures au lieu de 12...... Occupation à 4 adultes avec un petit enfant de 3 ans la surface des chambres à deux lits et lit queen et limite mais fonctionnelle. Endroit très calme si les infrastructures et le matériel de maison sont remis en état et la fibre optique installée dans toute la résidence alors j'y retournerais avec plaisir.

3-generational family on vacation under a single room was very comforatable. The kitchen was very well equipped. and the whole design was of it allowed us to have our own privacy and yet enjoy together as a family. We enjoyed our stat here. The private beach was lovely. Thank you :)

Smukt luxus lejligheds hotel

Hotellet levede fuldt ud op til vores forventninger. Vi boede her en uge, i en 2 værelses lejlighed. Som havde 2 værelser, 2 badeværelser, Stort køkkenallerum hvor man åbnede op til stor altan med udsigt over det lækre gård miljø i eksotisk stil, med gang broer og vand, restaurant, lækkert spaområde og fedt bandemiljø med træningscenter. Hotellet er næsten nyt, personalet meget dygtige og service mindede. Eneste minus er man er nødsaget til at tage hotel taxa service (gratis) rundt i byen, da der 2 km til centrum og ingen foretorv. Man kan derimod kørers til døren på deres strand hotel la plage som ligger på den smukkeste strand (troux aux bices), mega lækkert. Klart anbefalsesværdigt.
