the room was new, beds where nice, close to NAU. Room heater was cycling all night when we turned it down for sleeping and "knocking" with every repeated and constant cycle. I hoped that the front desk would of offered some compensation or credit towards another stay. Instead offered that we should of let them know and we could of moved rooms in the middle of the night. I think they missed the point....I was kind and stated about verbatum as I did above...

Room was large. Very clean. Natalia was exceptionally welcoming & extremely helpful There is a great outdoor lounge area with tables filled with glass rocks that are lit & keepyou warm.
