The facility had some age but was well maintained. Staff were great. We were greeted by Steven. Very pleasent person. It was great to have a facility that had dining on the premises. We left an expensive item in the room. Contacted Steven, he had staff secure it. Spoke to Lydia who made arrangements to have it shipped to us. NICE JOB. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR

The property was clean and safe. There are a lot of tour groups here and that slowed the service (check in). It should have included breakfast, considering the price. It was our least favorite hotel on our ten day road trip, primarily due to the crowded nature, high price and lack of included breakfast.

Place was very nice! Only suggestion I would recommend is moving old , loud outdated AC units on the floor next to windows. Not directly on wall next to bed. Was loud and making noises. Could not use. Made room stuffy.
