This place would be fine for one night and need a pet friendly hotel. The self-described Deluxe Hot Breakfast is dissappointing. The only thing hot are the DYI waffes and cofee. The deluxe part must be lucky charms, or cherrios with warn milk, the assorted juice machine, and yogurt (hope you like strawberry banana) and apples. The staff was friendly yet ineffective as evidenced by the maintenance and housekeeping isssues. I reported my window was coming out of the frame and that the sink is very difficult to turn on. Put nothing happened when I was there for a three night stay. Also, house keeeping did not come once in the three days. I am ok with using the same towels and sheets for a few days, but it would be nice to have the trash removed and the coffee and toiletires restocked.

Property advertised a hot tub, none. Pool was empty, room seemed clean at first but noticed hair in and around the shower, crumbs/debris around on the floor, hot water trickled at sink, pathetic breakfast, property overall was in serious need of maintenance and/or upgrades. Will not stay here again.

Should probably be torn down. Not super notably dirty as far as the surface level stuff. The building its self is almost decrepit. A lot of water damage, the light switch didnt work next to the door. The floor had bubbling. Felt yucky. No complains to the hard working people on location

Needs a good cleaning.

Bed was hard as the floor. WIFI was terrible. Bathroom was dirty. Free breakfast was yogurt or cereal. Ice machine was dirty.

We had reserved for 8 nights and staff would not aleays brj g towels and washcliths like they said they would. When yiu go to talk with then, ine was very polite and promptly did what they said and ithers weem like they could care less and didn't always brjng what they sajd they would. No cleanjng of breakfast tables until brekafast hours were fjnished so if you want a clean table, get there early.

All the corners in the bedroom and bathroom had dirt built up. One bed, the springs were pressing through the mattress. The sink was cracked in several areas. The plumbing for the bathtub shower was broken and didn't operate correctly. There was a gap around the front door and let light and air in. They advertise the heated pool. The pool was drained while we were there

I stayed in the king room, it was so small, fiance and i were cramped for paying almost 100.00. Breakfast was okish. Doughnuts and coffee being the best. The bed was so uncomfortable, I woke up sore. The air conditioning didn't work either, so i was hot all night.

We booked our line through Expedia I received my door key and when I went to get into the room the door was wide open the room was never finished the housekeeper never told management that the rooms have been cleaned so they scrambled to find me another room they found me a room all right not a bad room except for the TV doesn't work so I'm sure that's why this room was not on the list to be rented needless to say I'm wore out and exhausted so I'm going to go to sleep and just deal with it tomorrow

The room was dirty, air conditioner was old and very dirty. Bedding had cigarette burns, the floor was not clean and there were old snot on the walls. Certainly not living up to their name “Quality Inn”.
