Beautifully redone, fenced yard, fire pit, close to the lake

Welcome to my home! This is a beautilful home that has recently been redone! Two brand new bathrooms with polished floors and tiled showers.The kitchen got a nice face lift with quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. Every light fixture and fan in the whole house was upgraded. The backyard boasts a brand new Weber grill this summer. It is fully stocked with very nice linens, towels and mattresses. The kitchen has everything you need to make your favorite meal or just relax with a glass of wine. You can have a great cookout with the gas grill and eat outside on the deck. You can build a fire in the firepit this summer with wood provided and roast hotdogs and marshmallows with the kids. The shed has everything you need for a fun day at the lake including beach chairs, a beach wagon, multiple floating swim devices and cooler bags to pack a picnic lunch as well as chairs to sit around the fire pit. The back yard is fenced in entirely to keep your dog or children safe and to provide you with privacy. You are a mile from the lake and a quick bike ride or walk downtown to great shops and dining. Come enjoy! I'll do everything I can to make your stay great .

Of note, all three bedrooms are upstairs in this home.

What an amazing home! Melinda has thought of everything one might need to enjoy their stay. One only needs their personal items and some suntan lotion! Super clean home , the quality resonates throughout this quaint and beautifully decorated home. The backyard was perfect, the new bathrooms are impressive and furniture comfy and new. There are tons of games to play and books for kids to read. We had many game nights and backyard fire pit talks! The walk to the pier or town are just a few blocks away

just the perfect getaway.Thank you Melinda for surprising our youngest with her snoopy sheets and blanket. It meant the world to her . We will be back!

Best. Rental. Ever. This was our fifth rental in GH and it far surpasses all the others. Fantastic location for walks downtown, impeccable communication, check in was seamless, the kitchen was beyond stocked (almost to a fault, there was little room for food!). The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs, watching monarchs in the butterfly bush with a cup of coffee, smores, cornhole, and for hosting extended family who were also staying in the area. We even had a decent view of the drone and fireworks shows. I knew I would love this property and it exceeded all my expectations. Thank you, Melinda!Only a few minor suggestions, nightlights for interior stairs, reorg kitchen cabinet contents to streamline movement, more backup paper towel.We will be returning for as long as Melinda allows it! :)
Drone and firework shows were slightly obstructed, but visible from the comfort of the deck. Very low fireworks were blocked by the roofline (not many), but otherwise a clear shot of all others.

This house is great well well put together. Will not be disappointed in this house clean the backyard is excellent Melinda provides everything very easy to get hold of. The backyard is wonderful. Great house, perfect location

Been staying at this house every summer for several years. Owners recently upgraded bathrooms and kitchen. It’s overall a very nice house. The location is perfect. Couple blocks walk, less than ten minutes, to most everything-downtown Washington St., restaurants, musical fountain, ice cream, etc. state park is 2 miles so gotta drive there. Already booked next year’s stay.

Really great location just a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Washington. Fenced yard was great for our dog. We have three teenaged kids and we all fit easily around the game table and the TV. Lots of nice little touches too like good quality shampoo and wireless chargers on the nightstands.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely house. Well stocked, and had a wonderful backyard for our beagle to sniff. Not a house for anyone with mobility issues, as the stairs are steep. But we did fine, and enjoyed our stay. We were here for a wedding at Central Park, and it was an easy walk! Thanks for a nice stay!

Wonderfully unexpected

If you are looking for a clean, fully loaded, perfectly located little abode look no further! This home has it all and everything you forgot- inside was clean comfortable for our family of 6 children’s ages 16-15-11-4, the games were a great touch to keep all ages engaged and off their electronics. The beds were all comfortable! The recliner was a hit!! Outside the dogs could run and play fetch, we sat around d the fire I. The evenings roasting snores and laughing. Walking to the lake was easy with the kids and dogs. Our avid runner was able to run for miles and stay entertained. Overall this was a wonderfully unexpected family fall get away! Thank you!

We had an amazing time in grand haven thanks to our stay here. The house was clean and so adorable, but it was all of the little touches that made it such a nice weekend. Well-Appointed Home in a Great Location

Our family of six was very comfortable in this well-appointed home. We took advantage of all the amenities including the grill, fire pit, storage unit full of beach toys, boardgames, and fully stocked kitchen. The house seemed recently updated and was tastefully decorated. The bedding was comfortable and even the bunk beds had quality mattresses. The host provided a detailed welcome book to help us navigate all the features of the home and set clear expectations for check-out. We also enjoyed being able to walk to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Grand Haven!

Very nice house. Has all the amenities you’d need. Dogs are welcome so that’s really important to us. Location is excellent
about three+ blocks walk and you’re on the main drag (Washington) for food, shopping, etc. about a mile and a half walk to the pier so we like to do that a lot. Short drive to state park beach. We come here every year and love the house. Homeowner communicates frequently to ensure all is well. Highly recommend.
