Enjoy a comfortable Grand Haven stay in this newly finished 1-bedroom guest apartment, located about a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive to downtown Grand Haven’s shops, restaurants, and storefronts. Grand Haven City Beach is about a 7-minute drive away, making this a great home base for summer beach days, downtown exploring, and relaxing nights in.

This private guest apartment is attached to our garage near our main home. Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, including a separate bedroom, full kitchen, tiled bathroom, living room, and in-unit washer/dryer. The driveway is shared, but the apartment itself is separate and private for guest use.

The space is approximately 500 square feet and thoughtfully set up for couples, small families, or a small group visiting Grand Haven.

Sleeping arrangements:
The bedroom includes a king bed, dresser, and closet. The living room includes a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

Living room:
Relax on the sofa, watch your favorite shows on the 65-inch 4K TV, or use the living area as a comfortable place to unwind after the beach or downtown.

Kitchen:
The full kitchen is stocked for easy meals and includes a sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and coffee maker. Whether you’re making breakfast before heading out or keeping snacks and drinks on hand, you’ll have the essentials you need.

Bathroom:
The full tiled bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink.

Laundry:
An in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use, especially convenient for longer stays, beach towels, and summer travel.

Location:
You’ll be close to the best of Grand Haven while still staying in a quieter residential setting. Downtown Grand Haven is about a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive, and Grand Haven City Beach is about a 7-minute drive.

Good to know:
This is a guest apartment attached to our garage, located near our main home. Guests have their own living space and amenities. The driveway is shared.
