There was hair on the bathroom walls when I checked in. Even with our key cards, we kept getting walked out of the doors. The breakfast was stale, the bread was hard as a rock. And then biggest of all, the staff was really rude. It was the day of check out, and me and my daughter were hanging out in the lounge for a couple of hours until we could go to the place where we’re needing to be. But from being out of town, we had nowhere else to go, and mind you, it is freezing cold outside, and the front desk was really rude and telling us that we were not allowed to be there since we had already checked out.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Couldn’t be better. - phone call before we came- n once we arrived. Breakfast was fine- no spray for waffle iron so they would not come out. Room was advertised as sleeps 3. How is that possible- 3 in the king bed?! The shower would not turn on- young man at desk was very kind and came right down n turned it on. This room is not handicapped accessible. Door opens wrong way to the bathroom. Bathroom isn’t easy to get into.
