The property feels new and is well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff is both friendly and courteous. Breakfast offers a good variety, and the location is just a 10-minute drive from Niagara Falls and major attractions. Overall, a great value for money.

The restaurant upstairs was fun, especially on Karaoke night. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We did find a bedbug the first night but staff moved us to another room for that night, then to another handicap accessible room the next morning, and took one day of charges off as compensation.

Exceeded our expectation! Because some other Holiday Inn express we stayed before and after were not so great. Very Neat and clean property in a quiet place Welcoming and friendly front desk staff! And especially the lady was so polite and pleasant ! And the male staff was funny as well! Rooms were clean and in great condition Great breakfast One thing need to mention for sure the 2 staffs at the breakfast buffet were so awesome! A gentleman who were acknowledging each guests and a beautiful lady who were there with a nice smile available to offer any help. We felt like they were actually hosting us! Thank you so much the owner and the team who made our hotel stay comfortable! Best experience ever among all the hotel stays we had in past 15 years!

Very nice property. Probably picked a bad weekend for it though. Labor Day weekend so, there were lots of kids. So, it was kind of noisy. But otherwise a nice time.
