They texted me several times before our stay, updating us about anything happening. Staff was welcoming, our XL tiny home was beautiful with a great view of the Colorado River. We saw the moon and stars from our bed and watched as 2 deer came by in the early morning for a walk along the river.

It’s very cute and modern small condo for family of four. I am not sure if six will feet (sleeping sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on). The kitchen was good for basic cooking. Laundry is available. The most issue we had with air conditioning, it was very loud to sleep with. It was impossible to sleep without it because it was too hot.

Very friendly and helpful staff that made us feel right at home. The folks at Camp Eddy went above and beyond. The views are amazing and diverse. The accommodations are clean, well kept and a great value. Perfect for a couple or family. I will definitely come stay again.

Loved it!

Stayed in a tiny house. Loved it!! Was right by the river so the view was wonderful. The campground was really nice. Will definantly stay again when in that area!

Lovely, but with two tweaks, it would be amazing

The tiny house was loveky and well appointed. I do have two recommendations from my stay: another mirror and some sort of table or work bench. Having one mirror on the side wall over the toilet is very cumbersome and off putting. Throw another mirror anywhere in the space so we dont have to wedge between a toilet and sink to do hair and makeup. Also, there is no counter space a table space whatsoever. Makes it difficult to eat and work. Otherwise, it was lovely!

Great location! Next to the river. Only issue was it is far away from dinning or shopping areas. But I chose to have it quiet so I'm not trying to complain. Just want people to know if they want more available to those things. Will be back.

Wonderful!

Such a cozy stay at Camp Eddy. The campground was quiet and didn't feel crowded even on what looked like a sell out night. Loved the view of the river from the big window (though I do wish the windows were a one way view to add to the privacy). Cannot wait to come back!

We so enjoyed this unique property. The camp itself is meticulously maintained and inviting. The "tiny house" was on the banks of the Colorado river and we enjoyed the view during our entire stay, as well as the convenience of the running/bike path steps away. Although we had other plans with family, the happy hours looked well attended and fun for everyone staying at the camp. The accommodations were perfect for two of us for a long weekend in Grand Junction, and we definitely plan to stay again when we return. Highly recommend.

I love the unique location - it's right on the river, which also has a lovely walking/bike path. I stayed in one of the airstreams with my dogs. Very well appointed and cozy....has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

There are no fire pits available for the cabin rentals, the website needs updating to address this. The cabin is in need of a few repairs. Past that a decent enough stay

Unfortunately, we had a less-than-desirable stay at Camp Eddy on 3/20/25. The trailer was in overall disrepair on the interior, certainly not the condition shown in the promotional photos. The desk/table in the main area was broken/missing, the cabinet door above the fridge fell off when you would open it, the edge of the kitchen counter top is falling off and they attempted to reattach it with scotch tape, most of the curtain rods are broken and pulling away from the walls, the shower curtain was broken and couldn’t be closed, and the bedroom divider was broken but could be used. Also, the water heater doesn't work unless you flip a switch in the bathroom which wasn't switched on prior to us arriving. It takes a while to take water from 40 to shower temperature. Even when the water did heat up the trailer must have a very small tank as the water only would stay warm for a minute or two. We attempted to use the showers in the common area however the drain wasn't working and the water was pooling at our feet. There is a sizeable cleaning fee which almost doubles the price of a night stay. I'm not sure what this fee is used for as our trailer had cobwebs in all the corners as well as dirt throughout the floor. Unfortunately, this wasn't the “glamping” experience they portray online. There is great potential at Camp Eddy however, it feels like management has checked out in regards to maintenance. This was just our experience; could be an isolated incident.

property lost signed documents then requested a second signature i denied the second signature, brochure was in envelope with my last name with no key code written in box marked key code. called the phone number provided on brochure, no answer, eventually received a response by text, requested the key code, respondent sent text with code… property dark, avion mislabeled on brochure as naterita… refrigerator small for property advertising bring your foods. disorganized under sink, disorganized cabinets, 6 minutes for hot water tank to become empty when showering. bed too small, no storage for personal items as most RV’s have.

This place is SUCH a gem. I stayed with my little dog in one of the Airstreams and it was super cute, toasty warm and the bed was INSANELY comfortable! Waking up to watch the sun rise over the Colorado River was just such a treat. So gorgeous and peaceful. The amenities and facilities are beautifully designed and run. They've thought of everything!
