We are located right on the border of Fruita city limits which allows for the quiet and privacy of the country but still close enough to walk, ride your bike or drive to the heart of Fruita. We are also only 10 minutes from world class mountain biking, hiking the Colorado National Monument or wine tasting across the Grand Valley.

Love the location of this cottage. It is peaceful, scenic yet also close to town, The accommodations are spacious, extremely clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for a family with bikes and gear!

Perfect MTB getaway

Went for ROAM fest and to ride 18 road trails. This spot is perfectly central to all of the good mountain bike trails in the area plus a close drive to downtown. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed! I have stayed here twice!!

Great location for us in Fruita, easy access to biking trails and the nice downtown Fruita area. Apartment was clean and well laid-out. I don't want to write too good of a review as I want it to be available next time we need it but, yes all good!! Cheers!
