The staff that checked me in seemed bothered that I was there. Then they gave me a room that was clearly under construction so I had to go back and ask for a new room. The new room didn't have any bath towels (though the shower wasn't that clean; I'm not sure I would have wanted to use them regardless).

The property was very dirty and run down. Some paint would help. But a DEEP cleaning is needed soon. And their ice machine wasn’t working. I could go on, but just take it off of your offerings!

This hotel did not reflect the usual standards of Hotels.com Breakfast was supposed to be included. The counter was not well stocked. We had to open cabinets to find packaged foods and fruit. Even then the quality and variety was not good. Obtaining fresh linens was a bit challenging. The office attendant was not always visibly available, and seldom comfortable with being accommodating. The room was "clean," but felt grimy. The lamp was broken at the junction to the switch.

I would never recommend this place. Toilet didn't work well..had to remove tank lid to stop running! Water running into the tub, couldn't shut off. Floor was sticky and dirty!! A big NEVER again!!0

The staff at check in were fine - but the room itself was disgusting. We couldn't even take a shower due to black, orange and pink mold on the curtain, black mold all of the shower tiles and we didn't even have shower towels - the floors were filthy, questionable stains on the carpet. The "continental" breakfast was a joke with white bread and cornflakes - we ended up having to eat out. If we weren't in such a bind and had to stay more than one night there is no way we would have stayed longer. Expedia's pictures of the hotel are not reality and this hotel should be taken off of their website.
