Fairway Desert Vista

This unique and cozy space is one you'll be telling your friends about. Downstairs you will walk into an open concept living/dining/full kitchen with everything you need during your stay. The home has a heated garage and lots of outdoor space to enjoy your coffee or wine. One bedroom is located on the main level with a king bed. You will also find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A full washer and dryer can also be found on the main floor next to the rear exit to the patio. On the second floor, you will find an upstairs balcony overlooking the living area that has whimsical decoration and a nomad working space with highspeed internet. Here on the second level is the primary bedroom with a King bed and private ensuite bathroom with full bath. Also, upstairs is the third bathroom and bedroom with two twin beds, and its own private balcony complete with its amazing moonrises.

Check-in details will be provided via email and text message. Seven days prior to your check-in date, you will receive an email with the necessary information. Additionally, two hours before your check-in, a text message will be sent, containing the property address and the smart lock door code.

The place was beautiful and the location was great (just a mile from bike/walking trails). It was a winter when we visited so we did not get to enjoy the cute courtyard. Very pleasant accommodations that has a cute charm. Really liked location and great value with three bedrooms and baths. Property manager Wanda was very accommodating to our needs which made everything seem less. We would look no farther for accommodations on our next stay in Grand Junction.

Lovely home

We stayed here for my wedding with family. A lovely part of Grand Junction. Lovely outdoor area, great appliances, the house is tight but was a perfect size for what we needed. And having a bathroom in every room is a plus! The house is directly connected to another house on the left, it did not show in the photos, and it was not a problem, but is just for anyone to know that might care.

Best location in the valley

We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this unit and the company taking care of it. The location is superb with impeccable access to bike trails, a pleasant neighborhood walking loop, and less than 20 minutes to multitudes of canyon trails. There aren’t extra thrills to the place itself but there is decent decorum and while quite bright in all the rooms, there is a closet dark enough for our 18 month old to nap in with a pack n play. Definitely recommend staying here with or without kids.
