Barely ok, possibly affordable, but no thanks

This hotel seems sketchy. It is old and not well maintained. Many of the units are long term rentals. It was somewhat clean. Did not smell. But the furniture was horrendous. I couldn’t even bring myself to sit in it. There was minimal cutlery and plates. Two of things. Nothing to cook it serve with. The hot water sometimes worked, sometimes went ice cold, sometimes scalding. The toilet did not flush. I would not have started here at that price. I wanted a suite with a kitchen but did not feel comfortable cooking here. In the end I only slept here and it was ok. But couldn’t gotten far cheaper, cleaner and well maintained at many other hotels.

Very convenient location and bigger space. There was an issue on this stay which the hotel worked with us to fix and will stay again.

Used to stay here all the time

Before Covid we always stayed here all the time for our monthly getaways and loved it!! This time not so much! We booked this property to have a fireplace. We were unable to use this feature due to outdated equipment. Our room had no shower curtain on the shower. Husband went to dollar tree and bought shower hooks and curtain so we could shower. Staff was friendly but hard to communicate with as office wasn’t open limited hours.

AVAOID AT ALL COSTS

This place was absolutely disgusting. The couch in the room looked like it had come from the dump. It was broken down, stained, and had cigarette burns on it. The bathtub was peeling and the paint and hair was stuck in the drain. The bedsheets had stains and there was a pubic hair on the bed. Drawers didn’t close. The dishwasher was broken and just fell open. The walkway to our room was so icy it was dangerous. The offices closed at 7 pm so we couldn’t ask for a refund or new room until Saturday morning. The lady at the front desk was amazing! However when she called her manager to approve our refund, her response was “I don’t work on weekends”. Then she proceeded to tell me we had to get a hold of hotels.com to get our refund even though we paid onsite at check in. I have NEVER dealt with a hotel manager that was so rude! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
