Property is older but with renovations. Bed was excellent. Linens okay. We did not expect sheet change for our 2 night stay but thought the bed would be made and clean towels left. I guess that is no longer standard but we got a towel from the front desk. Their website states "Breakfast available" and we did see a beverage/snack area off the lobby. But it was closed when we went down at 9 am looking for coffee. We were told by the front desk to just walk down the block to Starbucks, "sorry". So just be aware. Also, we had to check in late but read that if it was before 10 PM the lobby was open. Nope, it was locked. The very unfriendly front desk person unlocked it and we were told that with the mall nearby sometimes people looking for trouble would hang out in the hotel so they lock up early. The bar also closed before it's published 11 pm time. Overall, with so many hotel choices in that airport/mall area we will choose a different one next time. BTW, Woodland Mall is very nice, upscale, clean.
