First room smelled like a bottle of bleach. Moved second room the carpet was so dirty when I walked barefoot my soles turned black. 3 out of the nights we stayed we were repeatedly woken up with car alarms going off 2 and 3 times a night.

The shower had mold in it and the housekeeping never came in the room and took our dirty towels even after we put the room makeover thing on our door

Ok property. Good value for the money. Newer door locking systems have some hiccups(I got locked inside my room because you have to jimmy the door to get it to work). Apparently they are working those out. Shuttle worker from airport at 3am was so polite and helpful. He made the stay worth it!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Sonesta for the first time. I chose your property for its convenient location near the airport and surrounding amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I truly appreciated the comfortable beds, which made for a restful stay. That said, I did notice a few areas that could use some attention. Our room would have benefited from a deeper cleaning, as we found a sock and some lashes left near the trash can. Additionally, one of the outlets was not functioning, which made it difficult to use the hairdryer. Despite these small issues, I would still recommend your hotel.Thank you again
