The hotel wasn’t the cleanest. There was red stuff under the pillow on the sheet looked like blood. There was blood on the light switch in the bathroom. There was white stuff on the floor by the bed. It was like the room wasn’t cleaned. I wouldn’t stay here again. The bed also was itchy. We stayed because we wanted to chill in the hot tub. There was literally like 15 kids in it!

Fifth time I've stayed here, some before the Sonesta name change. My room was very clean and the location is perfect for my needs. It's basically in the parking lot of the Woodland mall. Right on 28th, which is a main line through Kentwood and southern Grand Rapids. TONS of restaurants within walking distance. Front desk was pleasant at check in and out.
