Perfect for a family stay! We had a 3-bedroom with kitchen. Plenty of room. The living space was not very large, but we were in town to visit family so didn't spend much time in the common space, and bedrooms slept at least 6. We did need to bake/cook - it was Christmas - and the kitchen was wonderful for that - I was able to bake pastries and make side dishes, though the oven was smaller and I did bring my own baking sheets, sauce pan, measuring cups, etc. I did read comments about the location and noise, which puzzles me... we had zero problems with that, we heard no noise at all. We found the location to be perfect. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Staff were great! The shower head leaked shooting upwards the ceiling and the mattresses were not the most comfortable.The lighting in the rooms could be better very dim. Dog friendly but not the best place to walk the dogs. Food was great! The room was clean

Absolutely loved this little boutique hotel! The room was clean and newly updated with really cool fixtures for small spaces! The staff (Eva et al) were so amazing! They made the best crepes and specialty coffees. The information binder in the room was made by the Grand Rapids High School woodworking department---nice touch!! I HIGHLY recommend staying here while in Grand Rapids!
