Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were really clean and looked brand new. Amenities were great—hottub, pool and sauna with a beautiful view. My boyfriend and I loved it so much we extended our stay. It was very cozy, and a perfect combo of luxury and nature. Would highly recommend!!

Place is beautiful would go again . Dunes are amazing as is the beach . Enjoyed the food at the fin restaurant and the evening are spectacular with the sunset and the fire pits outside the lodge.

Customer service? We paid over $700 for two rooms. The customer service- condescending. Don’t arrive at night- there is very poor lighting to get to the front of the hotel. My 76 year old mom fell going up the stairs. We checked in late- asking for a late check out 12:00 instead of 11:00- the front desk attendant wasn’t knowledge (of really anything about the resort) and said you need to ask in the morning Right in the morning I ask for a the late check out ( the “welcome” letter is very friendly and makes a guest feel welcomed, appreciated and a late check out it isn’t an issue) as my mom needs more sleep as the time change is effecting her. The declined her room but I could get a late check out in one room. Both rooms the exact same… same view, layout etc The front desk attendant said “if she does not leave she will be charged for another night, as a guest wants that specific room.” We are talking an hour later check out so my mom can get some. More sleep for the $700 we paid to stay for 12 hours! Why were we not told that specifically room 307 could not have a late check out when we checked in (10 hours before) The hotel isn’t close to being full for the next night. I emailed management, nobody got back to me.
