Grundrenovierte und neu ausgestattete FeWo mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Chiemgauer Berge und das Kaisergebirge. Der nahegelegene Reifinger See (ca. 5 Min. Fußweg) lädt ein zum Schwimmen und spazierengehen. Der Chiemsee ist ca. 8 km entfernt und sehr gut mit dem Rad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. In Grassau gibt es einen 18-Loch-Golfplatz, Tennisplätze und einen Sportplatz. Der Chiemgau bietet viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten bei jedem Wetter, z.B. Bergwandern, Radfahren, Moor-Erlebnisweg, Kultur, Hallenbäder. Für Kinder gibt es ebenfalls einiges zu entdecken. Das nächste Skigebiet sind Reit im Winkl und Kössen (ca.20 km) entfernt. Salzburg 40 km, München 90 km, Traunstein 20 km, Rosenheim 30 km mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Unsere Ferienwohnung "Auszeit" haben wir liebevoll modernisiert. Wir möchten, dass sich unsere Gäste wohl fühlen. Warme Tage können Sie auf dem schönen Südbalkon genießen. Von dort haben Sie einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Chiemgauer Berge und das Kaisergebirge. Sie verfügen über eine Einbauküche mit Mikrowellenherd inklusive Grill- und Heißluftfunktion und Kühlschrank mit 3-Sterne-Gefrierfach. Es gibt eine kleine Essgruppe in der Küche sowie einen großen Essbereich im Wohnzimmer. Dieses ist mit Sat-TV und LAN ausgestattet. Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über freies WLAN. Das Kinder- bzw. Jugendzimmer ist mit Stapelbetten ausgestattet., die einzeln gestellt werden können. Ein Babybett und Kinderhochstuhl stehen nach Anfrage zur Verfügung. Alle bodennahen Steckdosen sind mit Kindersicherungen ausgestattet. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer hat eine Größe von 180 x 200 cm. Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher und Küchentücher sind inbegriffen. Dusche und WC, inklusive Föhn. Wir stellen Ihnen einen kostenfreien PKW-Stellplatz zur Verfügung.

Sehr nette Vermieter, schöne Wohnung.

Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, in der man gerne auch länger verweilen möchte. Viele Wander- und Radwege in der Nähe stehen zur Auswahl. Lage der Wohnung recht Zentral. Alles gut zu erreichen. Erholungs- Badesee um die Ecke. Uns hat der Urlaub spaß gemacht.

Tolle Unterkunft, wir waren begeistert!!!!

Die Wohnung war geräumig, sehr sauber und mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht, ausgestattet! Fam. Rinke war super nett und zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar ein Gläschen selbstgemachte Erdbeermarmelade (sehr lecker) und im Kühlschrank stand ein Willkommensgetränk. Ganz in der Nähe (ca. 500 m) gibt es einen Bäcker (im Edeka-Laden) mit den verschiedensten Frühstücks-Brötchen! Der Ort Grassau bietet tolle Essenslokale, auch in der näheren Umgebung, und liegt zentral für Ausflugsziele! Es war eine tolle Urlaubswoche!

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt so sehr genossen und die Gastfamilie hat es uns auch sehr schön gemacht. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum, alles ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastfamilie ist total herzlich und kinderfreundlich und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne jederzeit wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!
